Now that I have picked up Romo who do I start this weekend

 

T.Romo or R.Grossman

I'd go Romo against ARI, Grossman lost his main target in Berrian plus he's been all over the place, and comin to play the Giants at home won't help.

Tough call here. Both should be pretty even scoring wise. Grossman is playing a very injured giants team and may be ready to whip on them after last weeks tough lose.

 

Romo has been solid but is still learning the offense and getting used to the pressure of being a starting QB.

 

I think they do get pretty close scores so maybe flip a coin. But I may have to say grossman.

Go with Grossman. I think he will come out with a lot to prove. He's playing under the big lights and should come out strong. I also think with the loss of Glenn, that the defense will be able to lock in on TO better and should be able to curtail the passing game.

Go with Romo. Even with Strahan sitting, the Giants' defense is going to be putting all sorts of pressure on Rex after seeing what Miami did to rattle him last week.

I agree with starting Romo although not neccessarily because I think the Giants D will make the difference. I think Az's lack of a running game and mediocre at best defense provides Romo with plenty of opportunities. I think both games will feature teams trying to lean more heavily on the run since the Giants front seven is either questionable or worse and the best way to get Grossman on track is to not put him into a situation where he has to make all the plays. I think the Cowboys will come out looking to run more too but the fact the Cards can't means either they will have success throwing and cause Romo to keep pace or they won't have success and Dallas will force plenty of three and outs. Either way, the ball is in Romos hands more than it is in Grossmans.

Romo is the safer of the two. But I got a gut feeling that Grossman is gonna have a monster game. If I were in your shoes, I would play the gut feeling and play Grossman. But, since I'm trying to give sound fantasy advice, I will advise to go with Romo.

I'd go with Romo (and in fact am starting Romo myself). I like Grossman, but without Berrian, I think the Bears scoring is more likely going to come on the ground this week.
