ERZER 0 Posted November 16, 2006 I'm pretty much mathematically out of the playoff contention. I’ve been trying various trade options to get some RB keepers in a 14 team 3 keeper league. He’s in the playoffs but could use WR help and a better RB. L. Maroney J. Addai for H. Ward R. Johnson With the potential for the top 20 RBs being gone at the start of next seasons draft and the future of the younger RB’s in this trade, what are your thoughts? This would give me a pool of 4 RB’s to pick from for keepers (B. Jacobs, T. Bell, Maroney, and Addai).

ERZER 0 Posted November 16, 2006 Every trade pisses off those in contention. They believe trades should only be approved when it doesn't hurt them. I consider this a potential ballance as both Ward and Johnson are doing well this year and should for one more at least. The benefit to me is the younger RB's for the long haul plus I should have a good draft position next season to target some good #2 WR's.
nosferatu9368 0 Posted November 16, 2006 I'd make this trade, Maroney and Addai for the future is pretty nice. Yeah you may upset some current owners but you have to do whats best for you. Good Luck Thanks for answering mine. Peace...
