Jello Biafra 0 Posted August 31, 2007 I have Addai and Portis at RB. My backups are Lendale, C. Brown and A. Thomas. Pretty bad. I'm in desperate need for another RB. At WR I have S.Smith, Driver, Holmes, Calvin and Hackett (start 3). I was offered Norwood for Calvin Johnson and am seriously considering it. The downside is that with Dunn still playing, Norwood is not the savior I'm looking for, but I've tried trading with everyone with no luck. What do you think? Norwood couldn't capture the job from Warrick b/c of injury and poor blocking. See if you can package Portis with Driver to the guy with Betts and get his #2 back. Patriotica 5 Posted August 31, 2007 Yes, you could use another RB that has some serious street cred. Norwood probably isn't that guy yet, either. I don't think you want to thin out that receiving corps for a guy that is a backup. Fight your pre-season urge to improve and see what shakes out after two real games. Wheaties 0 Posted August 31, 2007 I don't like that Norwood for Johnson trade either. I think Calvin Johnson has way more upside than Norwood.
