FreddieMercury 0 Posted September 7, 2007 So do I jump into the Crayton mania and drop Greg Jennings to pick him up? Jennings has a hammy injury, and those are the kind of injuries that linger throughout the season. Meanwhile, Crayton's got the job for at least two weeks, and probably longer. What do you think? Leave a link and I'll answer yours. Thanks!
ThatAlexGuy 0 Posted September 7, 2007 You're right about hamstring injuries. They are very pesky and keep players out for weeks and then possible relapses.... Jennings, though. I think he's got some great potential this year. Before I would drop Jennings, I would wait a week at minimum and stay updated on the injury. Just check out all the information and look before you leap. It would be shame to drop him and then lose him, only to find that he is ready and ticking again. BUT if there's ANY other player you can drop though, you might consider it. Crayton is going to be Romo's main guy this week, and possibly for a couple weeks, so I'd consider Crayton a #1-type WR this week against the Giants.
remote controller 143 Posted September 8, 2007 I responded with this to another question, and feel it applies here. I'd stay with Jennings long run. --------------------------------------------------------------- I would take Cotchery over Crayton due to the TO factor in the redzone area. There is also that Barber factor that has a good chance at stealing TD oppurtunities. Cotch doesn't have to go against all of that. Crayton is gonna be one of those guys that is gonna be much more valuable to his NFL team then to our TD oriented Fantasy squads. -------------------------------------------------------------- Granted, Driver gets Favre's attention in the redzone, it doesn't seem like near the threat TO and Barber offer.
