kaktuszac 0 Posted September 20, 2007 Standard scoring, plus 0.5 pts per completion and bonus pts at 300, 350, or 400 yards. Young is ranked higher but has done little this season so far and it is hard to sit Bulger ever. Link me!
surfnturf3g01 0 Posted September 20, 2007 Wow, tough one... I'm in the same boat but w/ Young and Delhomme (and no bonuses for completions/yds.) I'd say since your bonuses are based on passing stats then Bulger is your man... That being said I do think Young will throw for around 200 yds. w/ 2 TD's and rush for 50-75 yds. as well (plus it's MNF)... Think you gotta with Bulger though... please see mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=289060
j0ker 3 Posted September 20, 2007 Hmm tough one here but I think I would take Bulger. I'm sure Young will have a good game but who knows if their running game will show up or not to steal a few td's especially where Young could run it in himself. Bulger is always a stud and I see him having a good week again. Just my .02 but go with your gut. Thanks for mine!
kaktuszac 0 Posted September 20, 2007 Hmmmm...not too many people in the forum right now. Anymore advice? Thanks

jizzatch 0 Posted September 20, 2007 I would say Bulger if not for the slow start to the offense this season. STL has had issues due to the loss of Pace, which has the OL in disarray. It seems that the decision to sit Jackson in the preseason has made him a little rusty so far with 2 fumbles in the first game. Young made some nice throws last weekend and has a favorable matchup on MNF. It looks like the fftoday guys give the edge to Young this week, while ESPN's people say to go with Bulger. Tampa Bay's offense has been anemic and should struggle to score. That leads to a low scoring game where Jackson gets most of the attention through the running game. Bulger did best last year when the Rams got behind early and were forced to abandon the run to catch up. I see the Titans as being more to air it out this week, since they don't have the solid option at RB with White and Brown. I'm thinking this may be the potential for a breakout game for Vince on Monday night vs. a potential let down with the Rams and their OL problems. Thanks for mine. enricopulazzo 0 Posted September 20, 2007 I would stick with Bulger. He threw for nearly 370 against a Niners defense and secondary that is MUCH improved. VY is too inconsistent; he's have a monster day and follow it up with a 120 yd passing day the next week. He reminds me of McNair stats wise. thanks for mine

SirJiggabins 0 Posted September 20, 2007 This one is really close, so I think you'll get a good game either way. That said, I would go with Bulger as he still threw for 368 yards last week and should have had another TD if holt knew how to protect the ball on his way into the end zone. Vince will rush for at least 60 yards and maybe a TD so keep that in mind. But with the bonuses I would stick with Bulger.
