I have Randle El now, but Brandon Jones is an available free agent pick up for me now.

 

Would you take Jones over Randle El???

I really think they both have close to the same value, but if I had to chose then I believe Jones will be more consistent week to week.

If either of them will not be your starter anyway, go with Jones. I think he has a shot to become a true WR1 in Tennessee later in the season.
