TO or TJ for Alexander

I've been offered Alexander for TO or TJ Housh.

 

I am leaning towards NOT taking the trade. I don't think Alexander is 100% and would be surprised if he makes it through the year. However, I do need more depth at RB. Here is my team. Let me know your thoughts. Standard scoring NO PPR.

 

QB - Warner, Culpepper

RB - Henry, T. Jones, Lewis, S. Morris, Keith

WR- TO, TJ, Roy Williams, Santonio, Porter

TE- Cooley

 

 

We start 2 RB and 3 WR.

I agree with your logic. Morris and Keith are good starts for now. Henry may stick around and have some good games (can you get Selvin Young?) TJones may bust out eventually and Lewis should get better. I'd hold off on trading away either TO or Housh.

i wouldn't do it. the best route to success for you is to ride out your stud wr's. thats the way the year is shaping up. pass.

You are thin at RB but I dont like giving up TO or TJ for SA. SA is hurting and losing Mack Strong is a Big Blow. I say keep trying to work out other deals that may not cost you one of your big three. Heck, look at the team with LJ you may be able to try to get him on the cheap and not cost you one of your big WRs. Good Luck

It's tough call. I have Alexander so I know the pain there. He did ok the first 3 weeks. Nothing special but decent points. The last 2 weeks nada. Of course we are going into to easy games against NO and ST Louis. Then BYE then Cleveland. I'd say go for it.
