KSB2424 3,148 Posted October 25, 2007 12 Team Redraft PPR, standard scoring Start: 2RB 2WR RB: Westy, Portis, Jordan, Chatman, S.Young WR: Owens, Holt, Marshall, Holmes Okay, I'm 3-4 and need to win NOW. Currently loaded at RB for a 12 team league and with the rash of RB injuries and Travis Henry's pending fate, I have a few trades to consider from other owners that need help. I'm looking to consolidate my bench players to upgrade at either position. Pick one please. I give: Jordan, Chatman, S.Young I get: FWP, Davenport I give: Jordan, S.Young I get: M.Lynch I give: Jordan, B.Marshall, S.Young I get: Chad Johnson I give: Jordan, S.Young, B.Marshall, S.Holmes I get: F.Gore, Roy Williams
Neckturd 0 Posted October 25, 2007 You don't want any trade where you have to give up a WR. Forget about the trade for Gore. I would consider either the trade where you get Johnson or Lynch. Particulary the Johnson trade where you WR core will be Owens, Holt, Johnson and Holmes....wow how does that sound. BTW, how bad is your league that you have Owens and Holt?? http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=297998
my hott bengals 0 Posted October 25, 2007 Out of the 4 trades, I like the 3rd one the best. I think Parker and Davenport would sort of be a waste, and that Chatman has huge upside. Don't worry, Chad will rip it up soon enough help a brotha out! linkkkk

You upgrade here but do not lose much depth.
WFactor 0 Posted October 25, 2007 FWP is the best RB you can get, but his playoff schedule is way too difficult with NE and Jacksonville. I would either take the trade with Lynch (easy playoff schedule) or Gore (easy playoff schedule). I would honestly rather have Gore and take a risk that his offense improves, but since you can get Lynch for cheaper, I would just do that trade.
epinindy 0 Posted October 25, 2007 I like the FWP trade. I think that gives you the best overall team. You're solid at WR already woth Holt and TO and Westy tends to get banged up too much to put all your faith in as the season goes along. FWP gives you depth in case he falls. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=298017
Fran Sharkenton 0 Posted October 25, 2007 First choice would be Jordan,Young for Lynch. Upgrade without losing much and your current WR's are already solid
dutch24 0 Posted October 25, 2007 Thanks for your reply. I replied earlier I like the Lynch trade best. You give up the least for a very promising RB with a good playoff schedule.
natelevi 0 Posted October 25, 2007 I give: Jordan, S.Young I get: M.Lynch I give: Jordan, B.Marshall, S.Young I get: Chad Johnson I like both of these options, as long as your three RB's stay healthy, you'd have a pretty strong rb platoon on sundays http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=298035
exeleratre 0 Posted October 25, 2007 I like the last one the best. Upgrades at both positions. If you can counter while removing a WR that would seal the deal for me....
