How about those Chicago Quarterbacks?

Recommended Posts

I dont care how many bad picks he threw, I'd still rather have Frye over those two.

I can't believe there isn't more outrage amongst fans, with one of the NFL's most historical franchises wasting so much talent in their prime (on defense and special teams of course).

Obviously no one knows what Aaron Rodgers will do, or if he's the Packer's franchise QB, but looking at what's happened in Green Bay over the past 3 years I'm amazed that Chicago can be so weak they not only can't find a decent QB, they stick with the same crap every year.

It wouldn't suprise me of A-Rog (just kidding, he'll never be referred to as that again!) washes out, but I'm honestly interested in seeing what Matt Flynn can grow into, and Brohm is raw, from a non-football power, with cannon arm (remind you of anyone circa '92??) and I wonder if he can be something.

Either way, if the Packers don't have the QB of the future on the roster I know they won't wallow in mediocrity for 5 years with crap like Orton and Grossman wasting roster spots that could go to people who could actually grow and win games for them. Obviously I love every minute of it, but it should be criminal to do what Chicago and Detroit have done to franchises that deserve better.

I suppose as Bear fans it's hard to defend the turds on the field every Sunday, but if they didn't act like they had the NFC All-Star team and were FAR superior to everyone else, when they are soooooo JV, it would be easier to take them seriously
