Quick Line-up Question

Recommended Posts

12 team, standard scoring PPR

QB: Rothlisberger, Delhomme, or Garrard

Flex: Braylon or Chris Johnson

I'm leaning towards Delhomme at home against the Falcons, and Braylon against Cincy. I'd love to start Chris Johnson but the tough matchup against the Vikes scares me some though he could be more involved in the passing game, and in a PPR he could still get his points. Braylon OTH has to start catching passes one of these weeks. If not against the Bengals, then when??? What QB and flex would you go with?

Leave link and I will answer yours. Thanks.

I'd go with Delhomme @ QB. I'm playing Edwards this week for the exact reason you stated. If he is gonna breakout, this has got to be the week. Yes Johnson may get some tosses but you'll be sick if this is Edwards' breakout game.

Play to win, don't play to not lose.

Probably Gerrard and Edwards...I doubt Johnson is gonna get much running room against MIN, and Gerrard for no other reason than the good matchup.

I would play Delhomme, he should have a nice game and a couple tds to Smith. Garrard on the other hand, he doesn't ever throw many tds this year and in that game Fred Taylor and MJD should both have a score or two and over a 100 yds a piece.

I would go with Edwards as well, I have him and am hoping for that break out game. If there is ever a game where it should happen that would be against the bungles. Chris Johnson never seems to get the scores because Fatdale Whale takes them all.

I would go with Delhome as he and Smith will start working their MOJO soon. I think you have to play Edwards over Johnson. Johnson has a difficult matchup and Edwards cannot keep stinking this bad??? This is a tough call and you may end up with egg on your face either way, but I think Edwards is a "safer" play.

Thanks for mine

I agree with you. Delhomme should be big at home vs ATL and Steve Smith back for his 2nd game. You have to play Braylon vs the Bengals, it will be high scoring and a chance for both Edwards & Anderson to finally breakout in 2008. :pointstosky:
