Trade offered to me...I get TO...give up Forte..am I missing something?

Standard Scoring Start 1QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, etc

 

QB: Schaub, Kitna

RB:MBIII, Grant, Parker, Forte

WR: 85, Holt, BMarshall, SHolmes

 

 

Straight trade..I get TO...give up Forte...this feels like a no brainer...thoughts?

I don't know about the no-brainer. A RB is always worth more than a similar WR, but yes, you need a WR based on those you showed below. I'm not sure if T.O. will be a top WR stud beause of the QB issue, Roy Williams who will demand more touches, and T.O. getting nutty again. If I were him, I would jump at that in a second. I think T.Owens will get cheaper and cheaper to get over the next couple weeks. All this being said, I think you can possibly get a better WR for Forte ... or you can always pull off this deal based on the Dallas issue.

 

By the way, I assume you're dropping Kitna since he is on IR.

Either try to get a slightly better WR for Forte, or counter with Parker for TO. Maybe wait a week and let Parker run all over CIN first.

It's not a no-brainer for all the reasons only a guess cited, but looking at your roster and the fact that you start 3 WRs, I think it's a good deal. Holt and 85 have been non-existent this year, and TO is a big upgrade over either of them. I'd rather have Forte than Parker, but either will be a good second RB behind MB3 the rest of the way.

Like the guy before me said this is a huge gain in value since you have to start three recievers. TO destroys ocho and Holt. I fear your lineup much more with these starters

If you are in a PPR league I would say keep Forte, his strength is his involvement in the passing game. Out side of that, I think he only has 2 100 yard games and 3 TD's.
