rehdjac 0 Posted November 12, 2008 I offered Romo and Ocho for Moss and the 4th, he countered with the Gates replacement. I have no 4th round next year. We can keep up to three, so 4th rounder is actually usually "1st" albeit with diminished talent. Often many good players left however, for instance, this year was Reggie Wayne, Andre Johnson, etc... Am 6-4, with only hope wildcard with best teams in league in my division tied 7-3. Mostly have little hope at post season, looking to next year. At this point sans trade keepers, if I ddi three, would be Romo, Marshall and either, C. Johnson, Gates, Slaton, Burress. My team: Romo Quinn (soon to be dropped at Waivers) Culpepper (soon to be dropped at Waivers) Pennington C. Johnson S. Slaton C. Buckhalter D. Sproles B. Marshall P. Burress C. Ocho D. Avery A. Gates N. Rackers P. Eagles M. Dolphins Will likely add at waivers, Hasselbeck, Hills, K. Robinson. Maybe Shiancoe or Boss if Gates trade happens. Hard choice for me. Thoughts? Wallyworld 0 Posted November 12, 2008 I'd stay where your at for this year and next year. Romo gives you a chance still this year to squeeze into a playoff spot. I'd then keep Romo, CJ, and Marshall for next year, giving you a solid trio to start from. I think your giving up too much this year, and not going to get enough back in return.
