Texansfan 0 Posted December 4, 2008 This is a 14 team league, so the pickings are slim: For my #2 WR: Santonio Holmes vs. Dal - decent matchup, but the weather could hinder the passing game Domenik Hixon vs. Phi - Plax is done, will they throw enough TE: Heath Miller vs. Dal - see above John Carlson vs. NE - big game last week FLEX: (RB/WR/TE) Justin Fargas @ SD Tony Scheffler vs. KC - (TEs get 3 pt. bonus for 50 receiving yards)
Belushi 9 Posted December 4, 2008 Hixon - Holmes hasn't done anything this year. Hixon is the new #1. Carlson - Seattle will be behind about 1 min. into the game, and he's their best receiver. Sheff - I can't trust Oakland's offence, and Sheff could be in a shoot-out. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=335221
Ricky's Swami 0 Posted December 4, 2008 Hixon - Santonio has been the suck this year. Carlson - Because NE's D is banged up but close here b/c I also like Miller even, especially in bad weather. Scheff - He should be good for at least 50 yards. Thanks!

Hixon also returns kickoffs/punts, that is a bonus if you get points for those. surfnturf3g01 0 Posted December 4, 2008 Even though Philly is in the top-ten in Passing Yards Allowed...they have given up the same amount of passing TDs (18) as the Lions, Texans, & Bengals. Only the Cards, Saints, Jags, Pats, Chargers, and Seahawks have allowed more passing TDs. I think they bottle up Hixon's yards a bit...but I think he'll get a score. Of course, the same could said for Holmes against Dallas. This is a really close decision. I would roll with Hixon based on potential. At TE, I'd roll with Heath Miller...Dallas is ranked 22nd vs. TEs...NE is ranked 12th Miller has been Big Ben's favorite target since his return... Carlson is about all the Seahawks have...NE had to watch game film...I think they'll adjust and shut Carlson down At flex, I'd go with Scheffler...as long as he's healthy...he gets a ton of targets...and the 3 pt. bonus would be worth it Thanks for mine!!!
