Bills04 56 Posted September 19, 2009 Hey everyone! Had a BAD week one... Lost 2 games because of wrong starters. Went with FWP over F. Jackson, and R. Bush over M. Bell. So - do I "ride the hot hand" with Mike Bell vs. a tough PHI DEF, or "roll the dice" with K. Moreno against a squishy CLE DEF? At WR - do I go with L. Murphy against a porous KC pass DEF, or use the just-off-injury K. Walter (who did NOTHING against TEN DEF last year...)? I've also got a flex decision: Freddie Jackson - who is "the guy" for BUF vs. TB (AWFUL rush DEF last year - in the last month), or go with a rejuvenated Nate Burleson against a tough SF DEF. NOTE: I think TJ Housh is banged up, and Nate looked good last week. OH - also, at QB - do I with Cutler vs. a tough PIT DEF, or with Orton against a bad CLE DEF??? Thoughts? Thanks in advance, and leave YOUR link - I reply!
enricopulazzo 0 Posted September 19, 2009 ADP ran all over CLE last week and if Knowshon gets enough carries he will produce. He only got 8 last week and Buckhalter got 10. Bell put up solid stats but that was against the Lions def. Bell could see another 20+ carry game with PThomas questionable and rumors going around that his injury is a lot worse than NO is letting on. With all that being said, I would rather my RB get a lot of touches. Bell should double Knowshon's carries based on last week's game. At WR, I wouldn't play a WR the first game back from a severe hamstring injury. Walter hasn't seen action since week 3 of preseason. Wait until he's healthy. Roll the dice with the blazing fast rookie. Your QB situation is tough this week. But if you saw Kerry "Vodka" Collins throw at will on PIT last week, then you have to assume Cutler will have a good game. Everyone talks about Cutler not having weapons but it's not like TEN is stacked at WR either. Plus if CHI can't run and they get behind, Cutler will throw the ball 40x. Thanks for mine.
