rehdjac 0 Posted October 17, 2009 Hey folks, I'll answer yours of course. Both leagues: 1 per 3 Receptions 1 per 20 yards 6 per TD 9 per TD > 49 yrds So, two teams, two quandaries: #1 I have 7 players on bye this week, so... (Start five, at least 1 RB) Grant, Ryan GBP RB Lewis, Jamal CLE RB Williams, Carnell TBB RB Jackson, DeSean PHI WR Marshall, Brandon DEN WR Owens, Terrell BUF WR Sims-Walker, Mike JAC WR I'm leaning Grant, Williams, Jackson, Marshall, Walker. Basically, Cadillac is my option. Do I go with 1 RB and put in Owens, or run with Tampa. #2 This one's harder, lots of byes too. (1 QB) Hasselbeck, Matt SEA QB Warner, Kurt ARI QB (Start 5, at least 1 RB.) Charles, Jamaal KCC RB Johnson, Chris TEN RB Slaton, Steve HOU RB Thomas, Pierre NOS RB Jackson, DeSean PHI WR Knox, Johnny CHI WR ® Sims-Walker, Mike JAC WR Smith, Steve CAR WR I'm leaning Matt, Johnson, Thomas, Jackson, Walker, Smith. Could see sitting Johnson and starting Knox. Also worried about Matt being able to come even close to last week. Cardinals have owned the Hawks lately (I'm from Seattle, I know this) but the Cardinals pass defense is god awful. Man, Hasslebeck looked sharp last week though. Thoughts? jne812 0 Posted October 17, 2009 On the first one, I go with the 2RB and sit Owens. On the second. I like Matt, and Johnson. It's going to come down to the TD's, and Johnson is my favorite for the week.

ROBOKOP 0 Posted October 17, 2009 Grant, Ryan GBP RB Lewis, Jamal CLE RB Williams, Carnell TBB RB Jackson, DeSean PHI WR Marshall, Brandon DEN WR Owens, Terrell BUF WR Sims-Walker, Mike JAC WR Grant is a must start this week. Jackson, Marshall, and Sims-Walker are also good plays, so it comes down to Caddy or Owens. Sinces Buffalo's offense has been on par with Oakland, I would stay away. (1 QB) Hasselbeck, Matt SEA QB Warner, Kurt ARI QB (Start 5, at least 1 RB.) Charles, Jamaal KCC RB Johnson, Chris TEN RB Slaton, Steve HOU RB Thomas, Pierre NOS RB Jackson, DeSean PHI WR Knox, Johnny CHI WR ® Sims-Walker, Mike JAC WR Smith, Steve CAR WR I think you go with your gut here. Hasselbeck is back on the mark and has gotten comfortable with his receivers.

Thoughts? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ For the first one I sit Jamal Lewis and Terrell Owens, I dont trust Lewis and it wouldnt surprise me to see T.O being dropped by alot of teams in the next couple weeks, Buffalo was the wrong choice for him. For the second team I cant believe im typing this but I think i'd go with Hasselbeck, theres less a chance he gets shut down by the Cads D than there is Warner being shut down by the Hawks D. I would play Chris Johnson, Steve Slaton, Steve Smith, DeSean Jackson and Sims-Walker I dont like Pierre this week as I believe the Saints will have to pass to win and Johnny Knox is way to hit and miss for me. Good Luck Thanks for mine. Peace...
SportsNutz 0 Posted October 17, 2009 For part 1, I have to agree with the majority here of going with Grant/Williams at RB and Jackson/Marshall/Sims-Walker at WR. For part 2, Hasselbeck at QB (hot hand), Johnson/Slaton/Thomas at RB, and Sims-Walker/Smith at WR. Tough to leave out DeSean, but I am not totally convinced that McNabb will come back to him full force. Too many weapons on the Eagle offense. Thanks for answering mine!
