falcons88 1 Posted October 24, 2009 I have Boldin (hurt), Garcon, Wallace, Maclin, and Gonzalez. And should I just give up on even using Gonzalez (Colts)?
ramblin'wreck 0 Posted October 24, 2009 If you meant to drop Gonzo for Clowney, I say that'd be a big NO. Gonzo is so close to be activated (it could be week 8) NYJ's passing game is still a work in progress. Now could you help me? http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=354969
madd futher mucker 36 Posted October 24, 2009 Who knows about Boldin? I'm pretty sure he'll try to play because he ran today and he's a gamer. Im not sure I'd play him this week. Walace is probably your next most reliable receiver. Maclin and Garcon are speculative WR5s in my book, but so is Clowney. I'd stay the course with A Gonzo, especially if you have a winning record. If you are 2-4 or worse, Clowney isn't gonna help you anyway.
rocket1012 0 Posted October 24, 2009 Have to agree with not getting Clowney.Gonzo will be back in the Indy mix soon,..Boldin won't be out long,...Wallace is a deep threat "up and comer," and Maclin and Garcon are both as good as Clowney, if not better . The Jet offense will be running more and throwing to Edwards,Cotchery, and Keller before Clowney. Stand pat...
kostnkost 2 Posted October 24, 2009 Jets homer here and the way Sanchez has been throwing the ball as of late and the lack of targets going to Clowney I would have to say NO. Clowney is an all-pro exhibition player and that is all. Put him against real starters and he is invisible. Beside Cotchery should be back for next weeks game, so he would be worthless. heck out my post when you get a chance - post
