Roster Log Jam - Need Advice

I have this roster in a 12 team non-ppr redraft where I am 5-2 tied for division lead:

 

QB: Rodgers

RB: Rice, DeAng, Pierre T., M. Bell, Beanie

WR: Calvin Johnson, Bowe, DeSean, A-Gonz, Collie

TE: H. Miller

K: Tynes

D: Cards

 

So it looks like Megatron will play but I still have to fill the TE spot for Heath, who's on bye.

 

Pretend you own my team? What would you do -- who would you try to package for a 2-1 or even 3-2 trade? At worst, who would you drop?

i wouldnt be huge on trading for a TE. if you really wanted to trade, i would deal wells. but if i were you, i would just drop miller and get the best available TE. thanx for mine!

Initially I would try to do a 2-2 trade. I would try to lock up a TE and either a RB2 or WR2 - I like Mega/DeSean but I would probably try to ship Bowe/Beanie.

 

In a 3-2 trade I'd be offering Bowe/Beanie/M. Bell (because I love Thomas way more) for a WR2 and TE to rotate with Miller. If you could get like a Simms Walker/Vernon Davis or Shockey I'd consider it. You could target the Celek owner, because his value sucks with McNabb IMO and like myself would be wanting to unload or swap. Gram's right though, you can also waiver a TE and go after one STUD WR or RB.

 

On the upside, you have Gonzo/Collie - if Gonzo comes back strong you can drop Collie and waiver snipe anything that pops up. Rice and D'Will should carry you though, sick combo.

no need to trade. you will be playing heath every week from here on out. drop gonzalez for miller who had a big game vs the chargers last time out. collie is the real deal and will be bettere than gonzalez. dont need them both. you oculd probably pick him back up again next week if you loved but he wont be relevant for a while if at all this year. Nice team you have.

Drop either Collie or Gonzo. Collie first. As soon as Gonzo gets back to 100% Collie will get fewer catches. So instead of having to trade somebody now, you can just drop.
