ziggyschiefs 0 Posted November 21, 2009 Starting lineup: QB-Schaub RB-MJD RB-? Slaton (I'm counting on the BYE giving the coaches faith in his hands again) WR-Welker WR-Marshall FLEX-? Lynch, Forsett, Coles TE-Shiancoe My porblem is, who's gonna have the best day? I was leaning toward Coles but with his injury, i just don't know. Lynch has been consistent (albeit with low weekly scores) and may do alright. Forsett facing #2 RB D do that's sketchy...Any thoughts? leave alink and i'll try to get to yours. Thanks!!! madd futher mucker 36 Posted November 21, 2009 Ouch. Only in PPR, I'd be inclined to stick my neck out with Forsett and hope for 5-6 catches out of the backfield to go with his fresh legs. Don't expect much rushing yardage. I'd avoid the Buffalo mess and Lynch. Coles is interesting and might be your best bet, especially in regular scoring leagues.. PanicAttack 13 Posted November 21, 2009 Thanks for mine... ONLY in PPR would I start the little Forsett and I never start a WR at Flex, but thats me. If you are ready to gamble i would go with Forsett because like you said Lynch just has not done much. I just have a feeling that the Min/sea game could be high scoring and he will get some chances out of the back field (not as much as a rusher bc of Min Run D). just my $.02 luck
ampheels 3 Posted November 21, 2009 i agree with forsett for a ppr league... 70-90 total yards and 5-6 catches is a reasonable projection
Kam187 6 Posted November 22, 2009 Thanks for mine. I like Forsett since its a PPR league but I tell ya, I would be inclined to consider Lynch. I just think Jacksonville can be run on and I heard the new staff is more committed to the run with Lynch. I know Fred Jackson is gonna steal carries but I still think Lynch is good for about 80 yards and a score this weekend. Forsett though is the safer play but is more of a longshot to score. In the end, I am a gambling man by nature, I would go with Lynch with the better scoring opportunity against Jax. Good luck!
cfly12 0 Posted November 22, 2009 I would lean towards forsett in s PPR league as well Please see mine http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=357662
Michael123 0 Posted November 22, 2009 Sorry to go against popular opinion but I say Lynch, then Forsett, then Coles. Thanks for mine.
SantaKlaus 0 Posted November 22, 2009 I would also rank them Lynch, Forsett, and Coles. Lynch will get his chances against Jacksonville's less than stellar D while Forsett has a brutal matchup for his first start and could get killed by the Williams wall (however I wouldn't run him up the middle), and Coles will get less chances since I think Cincy will run all day long on the Raiders. Luckily, Slaton regained his starting role so you can feel safe at your 2nd rb spot and only have to concern yourself with the flex.
montana 89 Posted November 22, 2009 Thanks for mine - I'd go Forsett. Even with the tuff match-up, he's THE man in the backfield. Lynch will loose carries to Jackson and Coles doesn't sound healthy enuff to warrent starting over Either RB. Go with Forsett & limit expectations. I say 100-120 APY's and a chance for a TD. good luck!
rich1015 0 Posted November 22, 2009 I like Lynch. They are going to try and control the clock. Please see mine. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=357687
