Owen Daniels or Denario Alexander- the rest of the way

I have one Te/Wr slot in my starting roster..... I can't decide who to pick up - Owen Daniels or Denario Alexander

 

My thinking - on one side I have been watching the Texans games and it looks like Daniels is about to be set loose without any limitations... He looked a lot better this week and if he reverts back to last year being the #2 reciever on the Texans with almost 10 targets a game he could be huge especially with a high ceiling of 5 for 60 or 70 yards a week.. A great #3 fantasy receiver

 

Or Denario who could be a home run pick ala Austin of last year. He has the talent and maybe even the QB to get him the ball.. The schedule is pretty forgiving, but his 4 knee surgeries and being a rookie play into everything.

 

Who would you guys rather have????

Thanks for answering mine. I'd roll with Daniels. He seemed to be back to his old self last week- could make for a stellar 2nd half of the season. If its PPR you could probably go with either one.

Alexander is risky, but with a heaping side portion of upside. For whatever that's worth

I would go with Daniels - he is probably close to 100% health and last year's form. Schaub is the better QB -

 

Alexander looks good, but 4 knee surgeries? How long will he last with a couple good hits?

Counting on OD as well. Drafted him and Shaub will make or break my year!
