I'm having trouble with this one. I don't really like either of the RB's. Shonn Greene is better I guess because he gets more touches, but he doesn't really give you a whole lot. He gets 15-20 carries a game, averages under 3.5 yards per carry, and usually isn't much of a receiving threat. Pierre Thomas is sort of the 3rd wheel in the Saints backfield. Ingram gets more carries and Sproles gets more receptions. PT gets 6-7 carries and 2-3 receptions per game. It's hard to start a player like that. Your RB's are fairly weak though, so Shonn Greene would be in the mix to start for you several times depending on matchups.

 

As for the WR's, I guess I like Marshall better. He is his teams #1 WR and it seemed like Matt Moore really focused on throwing to him. Through 6 weeks, Marshall has 52 targets, Nelson has 31. BUT Nelson has Aaron Rodgers throwing him the ball, so a higher percentage of those targets turn in to positive passing plays. It's close. In PPR leagues I like the guy getting a lot more targets though, so I give the edge to Brandon Marshall. He is just more talented than Nelson, but it's close because of their QB's.

 

Overall, I guess I have to give the edge to Nelson/Greene, but I am not happy about it. This trade is almost a wash in my opinion. Shonn Greene gives you a little more RB depth which is a position of weakness for you, but I am not convinced he is an upgrade on Stewart or Torain. Marshall could be a slight upgrade over Nelson as WR2 or flex play, but it's close on a week to week basis.

Id take team B Marshall has real good value in a ppr league

So the only difference between your two teams is you have Marshall on one team, and Jordy Nelson on the other....These teams are EXACT besides that....Soooo go with Team A I guess....
