Oblong_Ball 1 Posted November 8, 2012 Just got offered this trade in my 16-team league. Non-PPR, we must start 3WR/2RB/1TE - no flex option. I've been hurting at WR all season and have been barely squeaking by at 5-4. So the offer is DeMarco Murray & Dwayne Bowe for my Willis McGahee & Jeremy Kerley. I know Murray is nursing an injury but I feel like if he can come back even by week 11/12, I would be improving my WR's and if DeMarco comes back healthy, also improving my RB depth. I've tried to send other backs from my depth but nobody wants to get rid of their receivers in this league. Thoughts? My Current RB's: Matt Forte, Willis McGahee, Ahmad Bradshaw, Pierre Thomas, Beanie Wells My Current WR's: Marques Colston, Ryan Broyles, Jeremy Kerley, Andrew Hawkins, Brandon LaFell, Danario Alexander,
TheErosion 6 Posted November 8, 2012 That's a tough call. I think McGahee gives you more consistent production than Bowe. I'd try and sell Bradshaw for another WR
bonkbonk 5 Posted November 8, 2012 I like the trade. Murray kinda sucks though. But i think its a huge upgrade at WR, which you need. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=412279
drisser 0 Posted November 8, 2012 I'd do it. Murray still has pretty high upside once he's healthy again; don't forget he was taken in the first/second round of most drafts. Bowe is also a substantial upgrade over Kerley.
Oblong_Ball 1 Posted November 8, 2012 I took it as soon as I heard that Murray was doing individual drills today. Thanks all.
