WSIS #3: TE; either Pitta vs. NYG, or

Hi all,

 

I made a big "whoops" last week, and played M. Bennett over D. Pitta...

 

I did so "last week," because while their catches and TDs were the same, Bennett had 100+ more yards receiving than Pitta did. Well - that corrected itself last week!

 

I have Pitta going at TE - but just saw some news. BAL S STY B. Pollard is DOUBTFUL - this is good news for TE M. Bennett. Also - BAL TE2 E. Dickson is over his injury, and will play. That is bad for Pitta, as Dickson will steal looks from him. And, BAL WR1 T. Smith will play. Another reason Pitta blew up is that BAL QB had no one else to throw to, when T. Smith left the game last week. (C. Bailey was on A. Boldin.)

 

While Pitta did "blow up" last week, it was ALL in "garbage-time." Both of his TDs were in the 4th Quarter, and they were the bulk of his yards (102 of the 127 yards were on those two TD grabs). NYG were down big to ATL, so WR3 D. Hixon I think got M. Bennett's looks.

 

Thoughts? Keep Pitta as my TE, or switch over to Bennett?

I agree with Pitta..

 

Even with Smith, etc Bennett needs to take the ball way from cruz/nicks.
