Bye Week/Injury/Suspension Problems WHIR

My team has such upside, but I am fighting my way through injuries/byes/suspension. 14 team ppr, the only player I could drop is Wayne (5 person bench and I have Cutler and Jeffery on bye, Calvin and Cameron hurt and Josh Gordon suspended). Currently, I have no choice but to play Reggie Wayne. If he isn't likely to play this week, my options are:

 

1) Drop Wayne for someone off of waivers (I have 14th claim, so I won't get Bryant or Moncrief - maybe I would have a shot at John Brown). Other guys available include Miles Austin, Stevie Johnson, Kenny Stills, etc.

2) Trade - Not much available in terms of trades since other teams are also dealing with byes or Wayne's week 10 bye would cause them issues.

3) Take a zero

 

 

Which of the available guys, if any, are worth dropping Wayne for in a 14 team ppr? I am 5-3. Taking a zero is a bit of a roll of the dice since the playoff race is tight. Thoughts?

Bryant is most interesting WR, Moncrief useful if Wayne is out.

 

I think Calvin + Cameron play this week. Might as well save your ww rank and see what happens.

 

I would stand pat it isn't a certainty Wayne is out. He might play this week.

Didn't make a move. If Wayne doesn't play, my choices now are to drop him for a guy like Stevie Johnson, Miles Austin, Kenny Stills or Nicks OR to drop Cameron for one of those guys. Who is worth keeping more, Cameron or Wayne?

That is why I used "I think" qualifier.

 

Wayne is 2WR clearly... Nicks showed he lost a step all yr. Moncrief might of benefited more from ineffective play of Nicks and might get buried.

 

I think those 2WR are excellent and Bryant is extremely interesting player but Luck is the hottest QB NFL having his 2WR is too much to give up.

 

I think you can afford to lose Cameron cause you have Kelce. I'm 95% sure you drop Wayne he is gone. Cameron might be there next week especially if he is out this week.

 

As far as John Brown he was my sleeper but as long as Floyd is healthy he be a 3WR who gets usually 30-50 rec with occasional big day. Floyd did get injured and but he is handcuff WR like Sanu who value tanks with return of allstar WR. I think Cameron showed he can be a top TE going forward.

 

I think you should consider trading someone if you got a lot of depth and feel more confident in Kelce than Cameron health wise it makes sense. Guys like yours got value and can be traded in 2 for 1 trades rather than dumped helping someone.

 

If you had a realistic shot at Bryant maybe but Brown feel isn't as high value. Wayne is Questionable and might play he has till MNF... if Cameron is out a drop for Stevie Johnson and if you got good info that Wayne plays before practices Thurs, Friday then worth a dice roll.
