I was lurking a couple of years before I finally go around to registering.

I had first pick in 12-team standard scoring league. I took Foster (hard decision, see my screen name for answer why); and ended up getting Matt Ryan as my QB with the first pick in the 5th. Coupled Foster with Jamaal Charles and grabbed Julio with the first pick in the 3rd. I think the point differential between Foster and the level of running backs available at the bottom of the 2nd (Charles was by far the best option, 2nd best probably Doug Martin) is greater than the point differential between Aaron Rodgers and the 2nd tier QB you can get in rounds 2-5.

I think you should not do it. Don't get too excited about a couple of preseason games. Aaron Rodgers is a sure thing, Luck is not. David Wilson is a backup running back with potential. Aaron Rodgers is the best player in the NFL. With a lesser pt. per TD format, I'd consider it, but with your format, no way.

i'm not in love with your running backs, but you have loads of depth. with a little luck, you could have a lot of those backups starting for portions of the season.

Weak at WR, strong everywhere else assuming Witten is okay. First couple of weeks could be tough at RB. is Rashad Jennings still out there?

Not to mention, all of my draft picks from rounds 11-16 are no longer on my team. Perhaps championship really are won in the middle rounds.

Jimmy Graham seems to be a recurring theme. Nothing like having a top 2 TE in the 8-10th rounds.

Romo and Jones played through the injuries so I'd think they wouldn't miss any significant time.

I really don't see how you can lump McFadden in with them but either way, the point is he could have gotten the same player at least 11 picks later.

where are you guys seeing he's out for the year? i was under the impression that kasay was signed as a precautionary measure and they didn't think hartley's injury was serious.
