Trade Targets - Who you going after?

Good luck with this working out. You'll need it.

Who will Norman shadow this weekend?

Cobb will still have an uphill battle if/when he doesn't face Norman, because the Panthers play great team defense.

ARob visits Revis Island this week

ARob is the #8 WR in fantasy or close to it. I have him at #25 this week, right where DeSean Jackson is if he plays. It's not 2009 Revis, have faith in Robinson's sick athleticism, he leads the league in plays of over 20 yards, all he needs is one big play and he'll deliver for us. Here's what they said when he faced off against 2 top corners on Buffalo: Regardless of that, the Jaguars are going struggle against Buffalo’s pass defense. The team surprisingly has the top cornerback tandem in the NFL right now, as rookie Ronald Darby has been terrific for the team. He and Stephon Gilmore should easily be able to cover the aforementioned receivers, and that will make the day tough for Bortles. He may have to target Julius Thomas a lot as a result. Result? ARob 98 yards on 6 catches and a TD. Even when he's covered he's open. Youtube search: "Allen Robinson's Acrobatic Catch in London | Bills vs. Jaguars | NFL" "Blake Bortles Hits Allen Robinson for a 10-Yard TD | Bills vs. Jaguars | NFL" Plus, Revis won't be on Robinson the whole game. He should be on Hurns a little too, which means Robinson should get some chances against the woeful Cromartie.

    Hillman or Dwill

    DWill. Thanks for mine.

I am Now A Firm Believer in Zero RB Theory

First half of the season there were only 2 or 3 handcuffs I would've used. I very hesitantly gambled to drop D. Williams for R. Hillman week 7 to see what he would do for a couple weeks/to try to trade him planning to pick Deangelo back up soon :/ After byes, I'd say there becomes ~8 must-roster handcuffs who are guys you think are one injury away from leaping to solid RB2 status or better.

So you're trying to say that I said DWill is currently a handcuff? He was the best handcuff until Bell got injured. He was the number 1 fantasy RB when he started the first 2 games with Bell out and it was always clear he'd be a workhorse if Bell got injured. Who did you have over Williams. Tell me.

    DJax back

Bills and Eagles have good secondaries. Bills' Ronald Darby has been shutting down enemy WR1s.

    if Hilton doesn't play....

Good question... for matchup purposes I'll say they would both be getting blanketed equally well. I think Allen Robinson is slightly more talented and will get slightly more opportunities so I'd go with him over Moncrief even if Hilton sits. Here's mine, it's also a close call: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=450362

Must Own RB backup...Rest of season

I can't find any sites with updated fantasy handcuffs, let's try to come up with the best ones. Off the top of my head, I got Coleman and Karlos Williams. I'm not crazy about Spiller's 3.9 ypc and Payton's not giving RBs full workloads so I'd have a starting CJ Spiller (w/ ingram injured) being an RB3, so I wouldn't drop a guy like Danny Woodhead to handcuff with Spiller. I'm curious if they'll work in a new power back to spell Ingram here and there, I'm sure they will. Whoever that is might even be a better handcuff than Spiller who's role might stay the same as a satellite player even if Ingram goes down.

Anyone banking on jordan Reed staying healthy?

Can you get a guy like Heath Miller or Charles Clay to play in his stead? If so I'd do it.

Who will Norman shadow this weekend?

Gotta start Diggs here Frozenbeernuts, he's a WR2, Davante is a WR4. To OP, yeah Cobb is relatively safe from Norman (who doesn't shadow like Revis, even on the outside it should be said) and, I'd guess, will spend most of his time on Davante Adams in zone then switch to James Jones' side near the goal-line, which is what he did to Moncrief who's obviously a good red zone td threat. Play Jones over Adams, CAR is 1st, 4th, and 7th against #1, #2, and #3 WRs respectively.
  14. If you've done the math correctly and it's down to Green outscoring Lewis in PPR, I'd say no. I have Lewis as slightly above Green in per game expectation and carries less per game variance too. Please see mine, Taylor or Carr this week? http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=450362

    Crabtree or Allen Robinson?

Crabtree is the safer play this week even though I have them at #19 and #21 respectively. Please see mine I wanna know who's better between Tyrod Taylor and Derek Carr http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=450362

    Eli or Big Ben?

I have Big Ben as my #3 QB this week, a top-5 QB with #2 overall upside, while I have Eli 2 spots behind him at #5.http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=450362

    Im befuddled... Advice appreciated.

Bryant is a nice start this week, I have him as a low-end WR1. I'd go for Lacy over Andrews but it's very close. I think GB will struggle through the air against CAR's top 5 secondary and will make a concerted effort to move the ball on the ground. Definitely give the tie to Lacy since you'll feel sick if he goes off on your bench over Andrews. Here's mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=450362

    Health Miller production with Ben

I'm picking him up and dropping Charles Clay right now *fingers crossed*

Yes, drop Coleman for Karlos because you have McCoy and don't have Freeman.

I am Now A Firm Believer in Zero RB Theory

You can't base a theory on a single piece of luck. There aren't many excuses for not having D. Williams, the best handcuff in fantasy, if you had Bell. Above all, you want to draft the combination of players that will give you the largest combined point per game advantage. This requires you to be super comfortable with all the players and to be able to think several moves ahead, which is why mock drafts are so key. Whether the best combination of players starts out as RB-RB, RB-WR, WR-WR etc. is going to vary based on the talent depth that year, your draft position, what you believe your opponents' picks are going to be, etc., but if you're not thinking about how to mathematically maximize your point per game advantage with every decision you make during the draft, you have no idea what you're doing, and I have a hard time believing people with rigid, simplistic strategies really understand what's going on.

    Drop Stafford for Bortles?

I would do anything to avoid starting Big Ben in week 15 against Denver.
  22. Who would you guys start this week over Carr and Taylor? Seems like a coin flip.
