    Kyren Williams...

How to Deal With a Kyren Here are some tips on how to handle a Kyren. Keep calm and keep your head: Stay calm and listen to...their issues. Even if you don’t think their point of view is correct, you need to show a willingness to at least hear their side of the story. Be solution focused: Acknowledging the Kyren's feelings and offering solutions goes a long way. Offer a genuine apology and focus on how the situation can be rectified. Be polite, genuine and let them know you hear what they’re saying. (Side note: This might not be the moment to whip out your cellphone and start recording.) Stick to the facts, don’t get emotional: If you can’t come to a solution, calmly let Kyren know why. At this point, it’s important to keep your head, explain the situation factually, not subjectively, and keep emotions in check so you don’t poke the proverbial bear. Keep records and protect yourself: Keep communication open and transparent and record what’s taking place. Know your rights: It’s good to know your legal rights and what customers are entitled to. If you ever feel like you could be on the verge of a legal issue you should seek professional legal advice as soon as you’re able. There’s also plenty of resources for free online.

Which team would you rather have?

    2, 7, 11

Does your red jersey have a hammer and sickle on it? If not, you should order one with a "0" on it.

You should buy that Lions "0" jersey, because they ain't no one like you. When Bill Maher says he doesn't understand what the crime is about Butker, you know the true libtards are fishing for a story. "I can't express how much this guy is not like me," Maher said during a panel discussion Friday. "He's religious. He loves marriage. He loves kids… And he's now history's greatest monster." "Again, I don't agree with much with this guy, but I don't get the thing. He said… ‘Some of you may go on to lead successful careers in the world.' Ok, that seems fairly, like, modern. ‘But I would venture to guess that the majority of you are most excited about your marriage and the children you will bring into this world.’ I don't see what the big crime is. I really don't."

    Justin Herbert wide receivers

McConkey will be top 3 rookie WR next year, ahead of MHJ who will be number 4.

    Derrick Henry

I think Butker's jersey outsells all other jersey's this season. Let me know if this needs to be in another forum because free speech hurts your feelings.

    Chiefs OT Wanya Morris arrested

Can we please keep this type of "pot" talk on the other forum. I'm super sensitive to this type of talk. Thanks!

    Chiefs WR's

In the hoozkow league? Most definitely Rice.

If it weren't a team from the south, I would be less worried. But anytime you have Cousins and Penix in the same room down there, you are asking for problems.

    2024 NFL Schedule

I think he is trying to say that not only is Butker an amazing kicker, he is spot on about dementia Joe.

    Doug Orth's Rookie Rankings

Penix loves the Tight End, who is actually more of a Wide Receiver. If Penix can keep inching his way down by giving him balls, Atlanta won't need to rely on Cousins for big TDs.

    Doug Orth's Rookie Rankings

I think it would be smart for Atlanta to put their Penix away for the time being. In Atlanta, it's just a matter of time before Cousins goes down and Penix comes out.

    Doug Orth's Rookie Rankings

I'm not sure it's a good strategy for Atlanta to rely on an older Penix to win games. Penix injuries can have devastating results over time.

What’s your rookie WR board looking like?

Not Rashee. He's going to be in jail if he ain't careful.

What’s your rookie WR board looking like?

Rice is going to end up in that top 13 somewhere.

During the seventh inning stretch of the Braves game, the fans sang, "Buy me some Penix and Cracker Jacks".

If Cousins get hurt, Atlanta may have to come to terms with having a little Penix.

    2024 NFL Draft Recap

I'm neither a fan of the Giants or the Jags. I prefer to root for good teams, but I will say that TLaw does not have a man name Tommy Cutlets breathing down his neck. Have you seen his agent? He's kissing his hands, his friends, make believe meatballs and linguini. Danny Dimes doesn't stand a chance.

    Dynasty Rookie RBs

Prematurely Opting for the Perimeter: Vidal sometimes chooses to run towards the outside too early, which might be less effective against faster NFL defenses. Staying patient and hitting the inside gaps could enhance his performance. Limited Lateral Explosion: His lateral cuts lack explosive power, restricting his ability to evade defenders horizontally. Improving his agility and burst in lateral movements would be beneficial. Stiffness and Limited Flexibility: Vidal exhibits stiffness, especially during sharp directional changes.

    Dynasty Rookie RBs

Do not sleep on Kimani Vidal..... Productive College Career: Vidal, a compact runner standing at 5-7½ and weighing 213 pounds, became Troy University’s all-time leading rusher during his senior season. In 2023, he rushed for an impressive 1,661 yards, added 201 receiving yards, and scored 15 touchdowns in 14 games. His versatility as both a runner and a pass catcher makes him an appealing prospect. Agility and Power: Vidal’s combination of agility and power allowed him to break 92 tackles in 2023, ranking second in the nation. He uses a nasty stiff-arm to shed defenders and churn out positive yardage. Despite not being a home run hitter, he consistently produces 5-15 yard runs. Bell-Cow Potential: With 315 touches last season, Vidal demonstrated that he can handle a bell-cow workload. His ability to remain productive even against loaded defensive boxes showcases his toughness and reliability. Pass-Catching Skills: Vidal caught 92 passes during his four-year college career, showing proficiency as a pass catcher. His route-running impressed onlookers during Senior Bowl practices. Chargers’ Running Back Situation: The Chargers needed help at the running back position. Gus Edwards is primarily an early-down and goal-line back, while J.K. Dobbins has dealt with injuries. Vidal has a chance to play a substantial role immediately due to the lack of strong competition ahead of him on the depth chart. Draft Value: Despite being a sixth-round pick, Vidal is a favorite dynasty target for many experts. He is currently ranked RB7 among rookies and RB37 overall. Consider targeting him in the late second or early third round of 1QB rookie drafts or the late third round of superflex rookie drafts.
