She's been perceived as inauthentic, prone to word salad, unlikable, and incompetent. We'll get a good look for the next 3 1/2 months, and see if she can change the impression and rise to the challenge.

Joe Biden drops out of Presidential Race

Pretty much. I don't feel that one was hoisted on the world for woke reasons. -

We're not supposed to call her a DEI hire either. Fock it. I don't cede the language to leftoids chose to my words for me. Especially when they're accurate. They're trying to ban the word 'mother' after all. Until there is no longer breathe in my lungs, or fingers to type with, they're still the Washington Redskins and Cleveland Indians too. Full speed ahead. -
Wordle 1,128 5/6 🟨🟨 🟨🟨🟨🟨 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 Couldn't find anything to work with. When my streaks end, I find the compulsion to try evaporates. If I've got a streak over ten though, I'm usually pretty good about kicking in the motivation.

Chicken and egg indeed. I tease my wife that I'm going to get her one but she doesn't want it. She's an itty-bitty Asian lady that wants an itty-bitty car.

Shapiro would be a solid choice with a great chance of winning, but he is in the party of DEI and will run into the Kamala buzzsaw. Voting for him is sexist and racist and male Dems getting labeled like that wilt. -

Hillary dabbled with birtherism but it was Trump that ran hard with it, which together with "grab 'em by the pu$$y" were the two biggest reasons it took so long for me to warm to him. -

It is great ... but now that we have the ability to make our political opponents say anything we want, we're asking for trouble unless we make this illegal unless clearly marked as parody. -

So be it. It doesn't matter what Democrats think/claim about racism. She wasn't picked for her talent or ability. She was picked for her gender and skin color. But she'll get a chance to showcase herself now. Also as a reminder before I voted for the Orange Satan, I voted for Black Satan twice. The first time, position-by-position, I might have preferred McCain overall but in the end, no. One position overwhelmed the rest: the war in Iraq. As for Romney, he was dead to me from the start, a total flatline registering not a blip of interest. Before that was the Bushtard who I despise. That was a nice run of Dem presidential votes after going for Ross my first two times. -

Not really. Just need the right one, which we haven't come across yet. The best British PM of our lifetime was a woman. Italy is well served by a woman. France would be well advised to embrace a woman. I don't like Merkel but she was an effective advocate for her policies, same thing can be said about Ursela van der Leyen. -

The Dems are the party responsible for hoisting DEI onto the country because they actually like DEI. Here we have Harris as their DEI Vice President. Any Dems with misgivings about her had better shut up and swallow them; they've painted themselves into a DEI corner and ready or not, here she comes. They're riding that DEI darling now. -

Of course. You need to ask? Calling her a DEI hire is racist too. -

I knew all along it was a mistake to debate Biden before he secured the nomination because I expected this to happen. Now we have an unwelcome turn of events. -

Its probably Kamala time. If Team Beelzebub decides to fock her over too, 25th Amendment Biden out of there. -
You weren't here but the day Trump beat Hillary was also the last day Chronic Husker posted here, absconding on a bet he'd made with BLS. Years before, QLazzarus had collected money for a FF League and disappeared rather than pay the winners.

When I gave him a 'like,' it was for the third word on, which were well said. The Jewish part had nothing to do with it. --- I'll go further to claify although we've told you this before... I see George Soros as a horrible Jewish person. I see Jeffrey Epstein as a horrible Jewish. I see Harvey Weinstein as a horrible Jewish. I don't connect the dots between the three, although there may be some tie-ins, and I wouldn't be surprised. I certainly don't loop in all the good Jews in my condemnation of the bad ones. Self-serving rich corporate globalist sh1tbags and their NGO and government lackeys mostly meet at Davos once a year for the World Economic Forum to plan and strategize. They can be Jewish or not. They don't consider their activities nefarious. They aren't meeting in secret, they hold open panel discussions with reporters present, and they put out mission statements with their names and signatures on them.

Vance changed his mind on Trump because Trump wasn't just talk and did what he promised to do with trade policy. His life experience isn't much different than mine and this change of perspective on Trump is what happened to me at the same time it happened to him. Trump was more authentic than the glitzy 80s NY real estate developer with the string of ex-model wives. That clip of Trump on Oprah from the 80s looking out for domestic manufacturing is the exact same thing he implemented when he took office. People were fed up. NAFTA and the trans-Pacific trade deal were scrapped. Trump has changed the Republican Party for the better, more focused on the needs of everyday ordinary blue collar people, which separates him from the corporate pawn Bushtards, Cheneys, Romney, and Ryan faction has to sit in the back seat or -in the case of these four- not attend the convention at all. You don't see it ... but oh well. Many of us have and do. Trump's message resonates with a lot of people and while Trump has baggage piled onto him, Vance will be able to articulate it better come 2028 onward. Patriotic blue collar working class grievance is Vance's native language and you don't speak it.

He knows. We all saw George Stephanopoulos twist himself into a pretzel, begging Biden 1000 different ways on TV to resign and he handled the situation. Peak Biden performance is 85%, good enough to be aware of what's going on. He was halting and slow but completing his sentences and thoughts and overall, in charge of his faculties during that interview. Pelosi and Schumer have now done the same thing privately, they have thrown the kitchen sink at him, and may or may not have gotten the same result. Biden is allegedly mulling over the situation. We'll see if this weekend rolls over with no change and if campaign events scheduled for next week are undertaken. Hopefully its like you say and Biden listens to the last person in the room, because those are Jill and Hunter re-enforcing his decision to stay in. From what I've seen though, I think he's still capable of making this decision personally. -

This is the Story of Every Day for the last three weeks. Donors want him out, Team Biden refuses to go, Dems in the Executive and Legislative branch are caught in the middle. Time is on Team Biden's side. If Biden refuses to go, he can call their bluff and white-knuckle them back in line. Holding out long enough means that eventually either the Convention or the early, pre-Convention telephone call will confirm him as the nominee. In the mean time, all the critics can do is screech like banshees. Their message has been delivered and received. Biden has told them 'no' a thousand times but they're trying to wear him out. This weekend looks to be the high water mark with the pressure is turned up to 11. Maybe I don't have enough creativity and imagination but I cannot see how it can get any more intense. We'll see if Biden pushes through yet again. The man is stubborn as all hell which surprises me. I'd thought he was just grass, walk on him and see him blow in the breeze. -

Fair enough. I remember McCain's response to the woman about President Obama. -
I'm curious what she's been up to since she got censored by Big Tech. The last thing I recall, she'd lost a House race in Florida.

I could imagine. I've never had to deal with it despite having been in a war. One day early in the war I was walking back to my section from ORF section, where I had many friends, and I heard lots of loud gunfire, which scared me greatly. It took me a moment to realize that nothing was exploding around me. Then I figured 'this must be 4-3 Artillery shooting at them'. That was the first day we'd been in place and this occurred regularly pretty much every day after that. All the weapons fire was outgoing, never incoming.

Iam90sbaby proposed celebrating. Most of the rest of us are good with putting on latex gloves tossing her in the dumpster or on the "Bring out your dead" Monty Python cart.
