🇺🇸Father Trump Talk-🚨The Official Thread of MAGA🚨 Trust the Plan. Trust Trump.
Voltaire replied to HellToupee's topic in The Geek Club
Let's conflate President Trump, who is being politically targeted and treated unfairly by a corrupted left-wing judiciary and prosecutors, with Hitler who apparently went through a similar ordeal. A better Nazi Germany analogy would be the Nazi plundering of Jewish property in Nazi courts after locking up the Jews over political hatred. The giant hole in your analogy is the power abusing Nazis are the vindictive Democrats and their rigged New York judicial system. -
Your article is a few years old. Jacinda Arden's government has been ousted by a conservative coalition and its them that is restricting immigration.

There's more... ------ Changes to the AEWV scheme include introducing a minimum standard of English, a new minimum skill requirement in the form of work experience or qualifications, and shortening the maximum continuous stay on an AEWV to three years. Employers will need to make sure that migrants meet these requirements before hiring them, and will be required to declare that no “suitable and available New Zealander” applied for a job before it is offered to a migrant. They must also advertise job postings for at least 21 days and declare “why any New Zealanders who applied were not hired,” according to New Zealand’s Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment. -------- Nice to be an island country

Someone thought it was a good enough idea to market and sell. Who knows?

I saw this. Hopefully iy indicates that more and more Biden voters are re-evaluating the situation.

The Vatican reaffirmed its opposition to gender-affirming surgery, "gender theory" and surrogate parenthood, drawing criticism from advocates for LGBTQ Catholics
Voltaire replied to Maximum Overkill's topic in The Geek Club
You wouldn't get it. Morbid humor about the selling line pulled on parents that suckers them into allowing their kids to get carved up. I prefer letting liberals alone to living in states of their choosing to killing them. A less lethal approach is to leave sex change surgeons vulnerable to hefty lawsuits by detransition. . -

Would you rather have a living proctologist or a dead sex change surgeon? -
The dirty trick both parties have pulled on Americans | Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
Voltaire replied to edjr's topic in The Geek Club
Kennedy gives people who don't like either candidate a place to park a vote. Unlike Biden, Trump has people who actually like him, so hopefully RFK pulls more from Biden. -
I can't believe sanity prevailed, and 20-0 at that. That's some momentum.

This pope has been greasing the skis for a successor to accept all this alphabet stuff, but tranny bullsh*t is a step to far. -
Did you guys know there will be an eclipse today?
Voltaire replied to supermike80's topic in The Geek Club
I got a half hour of the eclipse and a 50% or so blockage and then the overcast clouds got too thick and we couldn't see it anymore. We got what might have been a 90% blockage but didn't see that nor anything but off-and-on for the first half hour. At least I got to see some of it. -
Yeah, that slide is awful. It was like 'which word ending with those four letters are they most likely to choose?'

Super overcast right now, haven't seen squat for a half hour and the zenith is in 15 minutes. -

Voltaire replied to supermike80's topic in The Geek Club
Every time I go out I can see maybe a little better than the last time, maybe worse, or maybe not at all. The clouds on an overcast day either block it or lighten a bit. If I don't see it, I can wait a few minutes, then see it again and 30 seconds later it's gone again. Being overcast makes it harder. These eclipse glasses are really dark by the way, its not like sunglasses, I can't see anything at all unless the sun is out or I shine a flashlight at them. -

Voltaire replied to supermike80's topic in The Geek Club
Can see it now, the bottom right of the sun is blocked. It'll be an hour before its zenith and another hour after that until it's done. It's odd, we were in Chongqing China for the July 2009 eclipse and that lasted only a few minutes. -

Voltaire replied to supermike80's topic in The Geek Club
It's really cloudy today. I saw the sun at 12:34 two before the eclipse started at 12:36, but it's behind clouds now and so I've not seen it yet (12:43). I'm going back outside. -

[** Official President Joe Biden Thread **]
Voltaire replied to Rusty Syringes's topic in The Geek Club
I don't know how much more mileage Trump has, but he isn't frail, can form a complete thought without a teleprompter, and doesn't walk around like a toddler with a load in his diaper. Thanks to all Democrats for nominating Biden. I was rooting for him. -
I'd initially thought that the pause at Rafah was a smart move to formulate a strategy to get the civilians out of there and back somewhere they'd already cleared before finishing up. Instead, they just bogged down for weeks and have now left. In hindsight, they should have just ripped the bandaid off and gone in, The mission would be long done and the aid trucks could have been pouring in weeks ago. Looks to me that today is day one of whatever it is that comes next. We'll see what that entails.

9 minutes of Democrats calling for DEFUNDING THE POLICE.
Voltaire replied to Maximum Overkill's topic in The Geek Club
It shoud remind everybody of Democrats blaming Republicans for the border crisis because they won't agree to the bipartisan border deal. -
So, are we interpreting the latest development of Israel mostly withdrawing from Rafah as giving in to international pressure and not finishing the job? Or am I the only one?
