Male and female were clearly defined roles in every society: Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Pagan, Buddhist, Hindu, Confucian, other. Nobody was killing themselves for being in the wrong body 30 years ago. You can trace the start time to this epidemic of trannies killing themselves all started when trannies got promoted/ normalized / encouraged : approximately five-to-ten minutes ago. This is also something each and every prominent Democrat in the country knew five minutes ago too.

The dad was seemingly normal from what I know (not a lot). It ws her mother that put her in these situations. She was on set. The film before this, she cast her daughter as a child prostitute. She knew full well what would the writers/directors would be expecting of Brooke.
