Florida It seems to me that China has 'an all of the above' plan as it deals with energy and the environment. There are wind mills in China and solar is a thing but they still use plenty of coal and the rivers through major cities aren't clean. The rivers through major cities don't have fish, but if they did, you wouldn't want to eat them anyway. There are concerns for the environment in China and sustainable living and whatnot. I don't know how prevalent it makes it when dealing with law and policies though as they seem to always take a backseat to making money.
