  1. Wow, the ACLU use to take on cases of political opponents frequently due to their commitment to free speech. I know there was an internal fight over such things and I'd thought all those people with first amendment principals had gotten old, lost control and were routed out of the organization. https://archive.is/deO59 Yet here is this case...

Wordle 904 4/6 🟨 🟩🟨🟨 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 3x5 for fifteen letters and then getting it right on four is as exciting as unbuttered bread and water. Thus it has been two days in a row. Just can't get anything going but not a disaster.

    France got Akbarred (again)

That's lovely. You deal with something similar playing "The Last of Us" which is set in a zombie apocalypse similar to Merkel's Europe.
  4. This is the best two-way pitcher/batter since Babe Ruth. He dominates in both aspects. If the 2nd Tommy John surgery doesn't work out well, the Dodgers are paying for what he did with the Angles, not what he'll do for them. But what he did for the Angles is focking incredible. He's been the best player of our lifetime.
  5. Check your privilege and live your life accordingly.
  6. Well that's a helluva fine and unique athlete. I won't be forgetting how he pitched a complete game one hit shutout against the Tigers in the first game of a doubleheader then hit two HRs in the second this year. You knew he was going to follow where the money came from. Hopefully for the Dodgers his pitching returns to form.
  7. Thankfully, the people who run Biden show no intention of having him step aside. Hopefully this polling situation is accurate and remains so for eleven more months.

I just love the scene in Dr, Zhivago when Yuri finally returns home after the war the Communists had kidnapped to join. I've posted it a few times over the years. Our wise leftoid leaders could solve it the same way their Communist forebearers solved the housing crisis in the early days of the Soviet Union.

There were like a half dozen words yesterday for that third guess. I plugged in 'sharp' because the p would identify "spark" wheras 'shard' and 'shark' weren't going to be helpful. There was another word, probably 'scarf'' that might have been there had nothing popped up.

    Wordle 903 4/6 🟨🟨 🟩🟨 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 Meh... 3X5 and the correct guess on 4 is lame.

Just go to your rival's store two streets over and rob all his stuff. Bring 14 friends to help.

What happens when Trump is Acquitted?

Too much logic and relying on the evidence. none of which matters. They aren't looking for justice or the truth. The verdict was decided before the trial started and none of the testimony matters and the trial is a farce They just need to put on a show, within how the legal process works, to get a judicial stamp for where they want to go.

    University presidents won’t condemn antisemitism

  15. Lia Thomas was never a tomboy. He suffers from whatever malady happens to boys that transition... likely punctuated by being a mediocre fourth rate swimmer.

Which witch is 'her?' Also, I like how telling a woman how you like her hair is hate speech but wishing death on her, her family, and her entire ethnicity is perfectly acceptable.

Uh Oh..The California dream may be cracking a bit

Hopefully they don't cut government obligations like reparations they owe for all the vile civil rights infractions committed in that state.

I've used that word before on a few occasions in life and in wordle. Not something I grew up with, I learned about it through a movie at the Geek Club and find it to be a valuable addition to the English lexicon.
  19. So the guy applied for work and got rejected then shot up some faculty, as no students were injured. Not knowing any more than media reports, I'll go out on a limb without evidence and bet that the first victim is the one who turned down his job application and the others shot were people in the office with concurring opinions. As far as the liberal tranny speculation, I'm not exactly holding out hope for that to either be true or have any relevance. They do enough contemptable bullsh*t already to complain about: see the 50 year old pervert swimming with teenage girls and choosing to use the girls' changing room when a gender neutral option was available. We don't need to make things up in other threads that have nothing to do with them.

    ***Happy Football Day Week 14****

Robbie Gould retiring today says something about the position. He'd said that he wanted to find work closer to his home in Chicago, but when the Lions reached out to him this offseason, they probably weren't offering him very much money, because he turned it down. Then during the season, he probably figured somebody would get hurt and a tam would have to come looking but none did. Too bad a good, reliable kicker that still wants to play, but even he couldn't attract offers above the league minimum.
