    ***Happy Football Day Week 4***

Both teams banged up, gonna see the inactive list when it comes out in a few minutes to see who is able to go and who isn't. At even strength, Lions should win. They've won three in a row against Green Bay and have significantly improved over last year while Green Bay is without Rodgers. They should be playing better though and have another gear that they haven't reached. Meanwhile, Love has played well as have the rest of Green Bay's young talent and they're not going to put up a fight at home. If the Lions have Decker and play like they are capable of, they should win.

Wordle 831 4/6 🟨🟨 🟩🟨🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 Back to spinning my wheels. Got two yellow vowels after two, so I used one in three and go it to turn green. This isn't a word I would likely have gotten much faster than four anyway though.
  3. Memories. God I loved CHAZ. You know, I had a lot of free time to spend online during the "Summer of Love." It was fascinating watching the most degenerate, disgusting, sh*t human beings in the country: the criminally inclined gangstas, together with their allies, the pink haired, nose-ringed LGBTQ freaks, and the environmental wackos, get together in Seattle to overthrow a police precinct and give birth to a new nation, a homeless encampment conceived on a whim, and dedicated to the proposition that all cops are bastards. My God, what a moment in time. I was hooked watching the reality TV freakshow unfold on camera in real time. And then there was the comical response of the inept establishment left local government. This happened with the acquiescence/support of the establishment mainstream liberal Democrat Seattle mayor's office. CHAZ was a real life social studies in which the scum leftoid trash cretins of society got together and volunteered to be lab rats before the cameras to the amusement of the whole world. Watching these leftoid circus freaks livestream the founding of their new country in the middle of Seattle was delicious. Drugged up zombies wandering through a vacated police station that smelled like piss and mugging each other, you see what kind of society these fruitcakes want to live in. Where else can you see a gay ninja guy dancing in the middle of a makeshift cardboard DEI garden? CHAZ was so much fun and such great memories. DonS gave us the local scoop for FFToday, while online Steven Crowder was in full glory, offering up off-the-charts hilarious commentary and highlight footage. In his best prank, Crowder discovered that the self-proclaimed warlord of CHAZ is this rich rapper with apartments for rent off of AirBNB and so Crowder rents one and passes out fliers to a bunch of homeless CHAZ degenerates to come over for a party at "New CHAZ." It was fascinating the whole time seeing how far Garrett could get away with, bravely pushing the envelope by triggering the CHAZ scumballs in interviews and actions, without getting his ass beat. CHAZ offered two weeks or so of comedy so intense my sides hurt until too many people started dying and the dipsh*t "adults" in the mayors office had to send the police back in. I miss CHAZ, that was great. Best communist country ever.

here come the government run grocery stores

Retailers can't make money there, otherwise they'd stay. So, the Chicago government is willingly signing up for a financial loss, because they feel it's worth doing anyway. Eh can't blame them for that; people have to eat and they also vote. I imagine these government stores/distribution centers will wind up like empty like Soviet era grocery stores but we'll see. This is Plan B. Chicago's failure is not arresting criminals, whose theft caused the retailers to flee in the first place.
  5. There are polls that indicate a shift but, yeah, I'll beleive it when I see it.

No good recent data on immigration. The ignorance just gets more and more blatant. Never heard of Kendi. Doesn't know about how George Soros buys local prosecutor elections. Doesn't know how his own profession works. Yet another log to the ever-increasing list of things everybody knows except for one person.
  7. That's essentially the problem President Trump had with "The Swamp" or "Deep State" except at a local level. As for elected prosecutors, surveying the damage that they've wrought to their communities, I think that these elected prosecutors have more discretion over their staffs (staves?) than you give them credit for.

  9. The power of the prosecutor: The basics | ACLU of Washington (aclu-wa.org) What a prosecutor does as per the ACLU, a source the left trusts and a weakness in the system that George Soros figured out how to exploit. This is from Washington state, so it has some local flavor. ----- cut and paste ----- The power of the prosecutor: The basics ACLU of Washington Published: Thursday, July 28, 2022 Prosecutors are among some of the most powerful yet least understood actors in the criminal legal system – and some of the most difficult to hold accountable. Prosecutors’ choices play a huge role in people’s lives, but many do not understand the enormous power this office has. Prosecutors can determine which laws are enforced and against whom, and how much punishment to recommend. The decisions made by prosecutors are a leading cause of mass incarceration. Prosecutors' offices require greater public transparency. Active and informed voters have the power to hold prosecutors accountable. Local elections like prosecutor races have an enormous impact on our criminal legal system and the way our government treats the people it serves. It is important for voters to understand that electing reform-minded prosecutors will help end mass incarceration and create a more equitable justice system. Prosecutorial reform will help end the harms caused by mass incarceration, repairing damage to local communities and protecting people from further harms caused by the criminal legal system. Below you can find information about the role and power of the prosecutor as well as additional resources. Who is the prosecutor? The prosecutor is an elected position responsible for bringing all criminal charges for alleged conduct in their jurisdiction. In other states, prosecutors are called district attorneys. City attorneys are also responsible for some charging decisions. Seattle is the only city in Washington where city attorneys are elected. The Seattle city attorney has authority over misdemeanor offenses filed in Seattle’s municipal court. Every county in Washington has an elected prosecutor. County prosecutors have authority over felonies and misdemeanors filed in superior and district courts. They have the authority to decide almost everything after a police investigation has been turned over. This includes whom to charge, how many people to charge, whether to charge a felony or misdemeanor and so forth. The only check on this power is elections every four years. About 70% of prosecutors run unopposed and incumbents almost always win reelection. ---> A prosecutor is one of the most powerful local elected officials. What does the prosecutor do? The prosecutor has broad discretion over who is incarcerated, for how long and who goes free. No one else in the system has more opportunities at every step, from just after arrest to sentencing, to impact people’s lives. They have the power to charge – or not. They have the power to divert people from incarceration – or not. They have the power to offer a plea bargain – or not. Charging decisions and plea bargain offers are made at the sole discretion of prosecutors. Some prosecutors seek a longer sentence if a defendant takes a case to trial instead of pleading guilty. This can result in people being afraid to go to trial and risk a longer sentence. People may plead guilty to a crime they did not commit to avoid the risk. Many prosecutors use practices that punish poor people who cannot pay bonds, legal fines and fees, and private consumer debt. ---> About 95% of defendants plead guilty. What are some of the goals of prosecutorial reform? We cannot achieve deep and long-lasting reductions to the U.S. jail and prison populations without major transformations to the practices of elected prosecutors. The decisions of prosecutors are a major driver of mass incarceration and increase racial disparities in the justice system. Prosecutorial reform means changing the incentives that drive prosecutors, such as: Electing prosecutors who commit to reducing incarceration and increasing alternatives that are more effective at preventing future crime and improving community health and stability. Supporting practices that proactively address racial disparities in the criminal legal system. It also means holding prosecutors accountable in ways they have not been before when they seek convictions at any cost or stand in the way of growing public demand to overhaul the criminal legal system. A transformed prosecutorial system must be fully transparent and accountable.

Adam Schefter on X: "Green Bay ruled out tackle David Bakhtiari (knee), guard Elgton Jenkins (knee), linebacker De'Vondre Campbell (ankle) and safety Zayne Anderson (hamstring) for Thursday night’s game vs. the Lions. Aaron Jones and Christian Watson are listed as questionable." / X (twitter.com) Packers are down four players: Bakhtiari, Jenkins, Campbell, and Anderson. Watson and Jones should play. Lions are down five/six) starters: CJGJ, Vaitai, Houston, Joseph, Moseley, (Jaemo) as well as Carbinda and Nelson. Montgomery, Jackson, and Decker should play. Really need Decker out there, as it's a huge dropoff at OT if he can't go. Looks like it's kind of a wash with injuries. Lions have won three in a row against the Packers. The 2023 Lions are much better than 2022 while the Packers are doing well with their young team but are going through 2023 without Rodgers. I feel pretty confident about this game. Usually the Lions need other teams to collapse in order to think there's a chance to win the division or, more likely, slip into the playoffs. This year, it shouldn't matter, they look like the best in the division and two teams are collapsing.

  12. Some people may may be forgiven for not noticing that prosecutors are elected officials, not employees; Now, if they vote, they should know, since the office appears on their ballot but most Democrats are like that and just do what they're told. When you see lawyers who are oblivious as to how their own profession is organized, that would seem particularly shocking but since they also don't know who Ibrahim X. Kendi is, it makes more sense. For people who aren't you, George Soros targets these sleepy prosecutor elections with political activist prosecutors who search for equity and don't want to put criminals in jail. And that's why he's relevant in these discussions about city prosecutors. https://nypost.com/2023/01/22/george-soros-spent-40m-getting-lefty-district-attorneys-officials-elected-all-over-the-country/ .I don't live in Seattle, no. While I find the local politics entertaining, its more like horror movies are entertaining, I wouldn't want to actually live there and get any on me. Hey, speaking of the Pacific Northwest, I happen to notice there's even a prosecutor race where you live, since you don't seem to know these things:: https://www.oregonlive.com/crime/2023/08/multnomah-county-da-race-draws-money-from-betsy-johnson-kate-brown-political-action-committees.html
  13. Kyle Rittenhouse is an ordinary person who got caught up in a bad situation because he ws trying to keep order and save his community in a situation where the police have lost control, either can't or won't do their job.. When the animals are on the loose and the authorities are nowhere to be found, you want the Kyle Rittenhouses and the rooftop Koreans and whatever brave ordinary people around to care enough to volunteer. I have nothing but respect for him.

No racism here. Nope, Not at all.

There is simply no way to get through to you. You're too deep in the lie. You see massive racism around you directed exclusively at white people and still push this canard. The true north is colorblindness and you're the one that doesn't want it.
  15. Those are CNN's own words. Just turn on the TV and wait a few minutes.
  16. That's what the Cubans did to Jimmy Carter, Fidel emptied his prisons and insane asylums. It's called the Mariel Boatlift and was the setting for the movie 'Scarface.'
  17. He's right about all those things. The mayor of Seattle surrendered a police precinct to the rioters/looters and called it the Summer of Love despite self declared warlords taking over until people starting dying. Kamala Harris did raise money for the looters and rioters in Minnesota, people just protesting were never charted with anything and released, all the money raised went to arsonists/rioters/looters. George Soros does fund all these soft on crime prosectors. It's would come across as well informed but it's not true. It's amazing how ignorant you are about everything... including how you claim to have never heard of Ibrahim X. Kendi which seems damn near impossible but at least it is consistent with the rest of the things you don't know about.
  18. All the time but to their credit, the Geek Club Democrats have enough sense/decency to not post endorsing that. They do vote for prosecutors who refuse to incarcerate people or hand out ultra-light sentences because "equity" and fail to see the connection.

So how do the Dems eliminate Biden?

The Dems that run Biden may well toss him aside but the only ones willing to challenge him at this point are Robert Kennedy Jr and Marianne Williams and the Dem establishment doesn't like them, preferring another insider crook. Polls like this may be outliers. Who knows. Dems are resiliant and may snap back into place as usual.

Howard Stern = Jared from Subway?

I loved Stern back in the day. If he'd have gone South Park and stood up to the woke crowd all along rather than ingratiate himself to them, I'd have more respect. He was 10x worse than Russell Brand but he's survived this long by kissing the woke ring. If cancel culture has finally soured on him over how he was 20 years ago, well he was great twenty years ago, at least they'd be consistent rather than hypocritical. But, I don't know that they have turned on him. He's willing to play their game on their terms. Consistency isn't a priority with them so much as obedience. It's for the woke leftoid fascist turds to decide what they're going to do with him, not normal people saying "what about him?"

North Carolina Mom. Nail meet head.

Actually, they don't want the Muslims to speak either. it's been rather humorous watching the alphabet people throwing whiny tantrums after losing local elections to Muslims in Hamtramck. The alphabet people have no guilt trip leverage, the Muslim city council has balls and isn't intimidated into placating them at all, and they're going apesh*t.
