Reynolds tripped up on a 4th and 2 pass but no flag. Seattle Ball at the Detroit 45.
-
Falcons get a TD called back on penalty.
-
Seattle drives down and gets to a 1st and goal from the 7 but settles for a FG. 21-17 Detroit. Along the way, Pete Carroll tapped his inner Dan Campbell and converted a 4th down.
-
Lions TD. No bullsh*t yellow litter this time. St. Brown is back in the game.
-
Campbell hates FGs. Goes for it on 4th and 3 at the 11 and makes it.
-
Lions into red zone with a couple of big plays and a facemask penalty. They scored another Lions TD but it was called back on a bullshIt penalty. St. Brown limps off the field.
-
Fumble by Detroit on the first play from scrimmage in the 2nd half. Seattle TD two plays later 14-14
-
Falcons kicker missed an XP Would be nice if they could beat Green Bay but losing 10-9.
-
CJGJ back in the game
-
Fleaflicker Gibbs back to Goff to Raymond TD Lions 14-7 Neither D is looking great, both bend a lot giving up long drives.
-
Lions drove into FG range, Campbell went for it on 4th.... turned over on downs. Then Seattle drove into FG range, kicked it and missed. Still 7-7. Both teams moving well on the other. Detroit ball.
-
TD Lions. Tie game.
-
Lions moving the ball on their first drive too in response.
-
Seattle moved the ball well. Once they got in the redzone their offense collapsed but it didn't matter since these officials love throwing dubious flags on the Lions to keep giving the Seahawks free first downs until they finally scored. CJ Gardner Johnson limped off the field, hope he's OK.

Seattle having a strong opening drive against Detroit

That's what Dan Campbell has been hinting at. Folks in the media think Gibbs was underutilized eek one, Campbell's been saying they were easing him in. We'll see how it goes. It's concerning how Decker is hurt so I'm curious to see how he'll handle his O-Line. Lions have better depth at guard than tackle. Fortunately Seattle's D-Line isn't considered particularly great.

Democratic Legislative Candidate Focks Husband On Camera For Money
Voltaire replied to 5-Points's topic in The Geek Club
The videos were leaked by Republicans.... really? Her and her husband made and posted the porn videos themselves. In fairness, this isn't the campaign making the claim, just an obtuse donor who got interviewed. I just found it humorously clueless. If I livestream myself looting a shoe store, I'm not exactly speculating about who the dumbass is who leaked the video to police. -
Taylor Decker out vs the Seahawks is a big blow at OT for the Lions, meanwhile Moseley and Jaemo are still out, also missing a backup DT, but Seattle will be missing both their starting OTs so can't complain. Injuries go around the league and hit everybody.

Michigan beat East Carolina, UNLV, and now Ball State at home in lopsided wins. Cowardly bullsh*t to keep the record undefeated. Put Notre Dame back on the schedule each year, give us a competent middle tier SEC or Big 12 team like Ole Miss or Baylor, then one of these smaller conference UNLV-type teams is fine. Make 3-0 mean something. That's respectable and its not asking a lot. Hiding behind ECU, UNLV, and Ball State sucks. I can't root against Ball State; I feel bad for Ball State. We have better players at every position on the field, win by 30, and the games are uninteresting. Fock You.

Wordle 820 4/6 🟨 🟨 🟩🟨🟨🟨 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 Been feeling stupid lately because I've been slow to pick up the word, more clueless staring than usual, but not today. Green in the one spot helps. Felt ordinary, got an ordinary result with not a particularly easy word.

Eat bugs: companies struggle to get Americans to do it
Voltaire replied to JustinCharge's topic in The Geek Club
Not yet. Trying to blindly destroy agriculture with egregious farm policies regarding nitrogen in the soil brings about the same result via food inflation for beef, chicken, pork, turkey etc...it'll be the left's solution to a left created problem. -

That's a fair take. I agree. The Eagles have looked flawed but found a way twice against decent opponents. They've been beatable, it was there for the opponents both times but neither could pull it off. They also have a higher gear that they can play at which we haven't seen yet. For their part, the Vikings were the better team against Tampa and Philly but self-destructed both times. The defense looks legit and offense looked good when they weren't fumbling.
