Also about the word 'trout,' and I picked this up from 5 Points, turning a yellow 't' green and also testing/eliminating the chance of a second 't' are both worthy outcomes for guessing that word. That deuce I got earlier in the week also came directly from tweaking my strategy to hunting for greens when I sense it would be more helpful. That was a blind squirrel finding a nut. I'd really underappreciated how helpful upgrading a yellow to a green is, and buying a lottery ticket that hits every so often. It's not a guess I would have made using my old strategy; there were likely upwards of two dozen possibilities and so I wouldn't have felt confident enough to try.

Maybe under normal circumstances I'd consider it. Once somebody is an incumbent, they're in there forever, and I don't want to be saddled with having Jimmy Petronis as my Congressman for as long as he wants to stay. Give the seat to the Dem this time to keep Petronis out, and go with a GOP candidate that actually wants to serve next time. No. I can't do that. Mike Johnson is already dealing with a miniscule majority. The last thing he or Trump needs is another Democrat to fock things up. But yeah, if the GOP had a safe 20 seat majority, I would not vote for Petronis. Gimme the Democrat and we'll try again in two years when a GOP candidate I actually want to vote for arrives. Trump saddled us with this guy and I'm not happy about it.

I would never try a double L, or a double anything, unless I knew there was already one. Its a waste of a letter. The reason I guessed "trout" is because I already had that first T in the box.

This is the two minute news clip from the Republican debate Petronis didn't bother to attend. Even in his statement on the phone, when Petronis called in, the reason he's running is "because the president asked him to and that's not something you say no to". What a useless focktard. Any one of those other eight would be better.

All of us are getting three greens to line up today.

I noticed that as leftoids age, they all start - not just thinking - but also looking like Michael Moore. Michael Moore may not be the leader of the Democrat Party but he is the face of the Democratic Party.
-
Not directed at me and squistion already answered but IMO.... Yes, Carville knows the ins and outs of the Dem Party. And his opinion does carry weight in the sane wing of the party... which represents about 30% of Dems but controls 90% of the money.

They're over there in the back doing the tedious data entry stuff and letting the liberal women and liberal men who pretend to be women decide how to proceed and respond to events.

Wordle 1,357 4/6 🟨🟨 🟨 🟩🟩🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 Three didn't work but the greens lining up led me straight there.

The World Cringes as Democrats Embarrass Themselves By Singing On The House Floor 🌈
Voltaire replied to Maximum Overkill's topic in The Geek Club
Q1) Some identify as men. The majority of those that do have a cawk, balls, and traceable detections of testosterone. Q2) Fat, ugly 300 pound women with blue hair, fat ugly 300 pound men with blue hair who dress like women, and a theocracy of billionaire perverts led by a fat, ugly 300 pound person with a cawk, balls, and traceable detection of testosterone named George Soros. -
Hunter Biden's financial woes revealed in new motion to drop lawsuit: 'Significant debt'
Voltaire replied to seafoam1's topic in The Geek Club
The demise of his graft and corruption is something that normal people celebrate. Just like we celebrate kids who overcome cancer or preventing drag queens from groping little kids. Those of us who aren't soulless, depraved automatons see things different. Maybe you could help Hunter out by buying one of his paintings. You could also consider adopting some of Biden's transgender mice, think of the great many hours or joy you could have playing with them in those cute little latex costumes. -
Wordle 1,356 2/6 🟨🟨🟨 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 I'm shocked. I mean it was what I'd hoped would happen when I picked this word, but didn't expect it to work.

Canadians are 'fed up,' says Alberta lawyer leading delegation to Washington for statehood talks
Voltaire replied to jbycho's topic in The Geek Club
I'd be happy to welcome Alberta, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan but BC is a leftoid sh*thole and they can keep it. -
Israel-Hamas cease-fire deal proves Trump’s a better prez out of office than Biden was in it
Voltaire replied to Maximum Overkill's topic in The Geek Club
Why would we? They regularly get released whenever he says it. The goal is the release of hostages, not making them pay hell. -
Look at all those Democrats saluting like Nazis: https://images.axios.com/-gzb-S8nYaUSgJPr5_XE1Ru3qY8=/0x198:4000x2448/1920x1080/2025/03/05/1741215553911.jpg?w=1920

Dems do not stand for 13-year-old cancer survivor: 'Truly sick people'
Voltaire replied to Maximum Overkill's topic in The Geek Club
We've watched SotU addresses all our lives. Mike Johnson was no Biden fan but but being seated behind him, he stood and applauded a number of times during the last couple SotU addresses. Ditto Pelosi for Trump. -
What is the point of arguing with Libtards?
Voltaire replied to HB Localboy's topic in The Geek Club
It starts with "to change their minds." Your first time on the internet, you arrive with good intentions thinking, "This is all obvious and common sense. I can explain it so everyone will understand." Then after a short period of time, when you don't make any progress, you realize these people either hate or don't give a fock about the country, nor the people in it; They like sick and perverted things. Marxism makes sense, cops are racist, criminals are misunderstood, the founding fathers were self interested slave owners, skin color is an obsession, drag queens rubbing their crotch in children's face are normal, carving up children's' sex organs is fine but opposing it isn't, illegal immigration is beneficial, and its hilarious to make fun of kids with cancer So then it devolves into 'to annoy them' and 'bored and waste time.' -
They're not going to find enough money to save to offset the tax cuts they want to do as well as balance the budget because Trump has placed so many popular programs off limits. The GOP is going to infight and the Dems aren't going to help them. Something is going to give (and we've seen this movie played dozens of time before, it'll be the same thing that always gives when there is a budget dispute.)

This is Carville's advice. Seems solid. Trump has sought out the 80% position on tons of 80/20 issues across the spectrum and the Dems' kneejerk response is to fight him at every turn and thereby rope themselves into deeply unpopular 20% positions. I don't know if they're taking that advice. Every single Democrats held together to filibuster a bill trying to end the trannies domination of women's sports. Alright, wear that. Even their own voters support the focking ban. They could have taken the sensible position and allow this issue to go away. Instead Republicans will have something to talk about each election going forward until they smarten up. How about allowing sh*t to happen like saving money, securing the border, energy independence, and trannies blocked from womens' sports and locker rooms. People have short attention spans. They can come back in 2026 talking about things that aren't absurd.

There are a lot of veterans with nothing wrong with them that claim 50% disabilities, but I don't want to open that can of worms because that guy and that one over there are legit and deserve every penny.
-
Yeah. I sure don't have a problem with them cutting every other agency. Seeing them come round to the one I actually use, eh, but I'm not going to be a hypocrite. I know that the objective is to save money by cutting bloat, not reducing services.
-
Zelinsky also put his #1 political opponent in jail but that's forgivable considering that Biden tried to do the same thing.

Now that I think about it, add FDR, LBJ, George W, Obama, and Trump himself to the list to the list. Somehow in the US, we've always been able to pull off a war and an election simultaneously.
