Wordle 1,339 3/6 ๐จ๐จ ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฉ ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฉ A good starter word. I effectively had the first and last two letters.

I will be surprised. The Constitution vests certain powers to the legislative, to the executive, and to the judicial branch. These lower court judges were not given the ability to block the President, Treasury Secretary. and OMB Director and their auditor from accessing the Treasury but limit it to some leftover unelected and unappointed hack from the previous administration.

Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth Renames Fort Liberty to Fort Bragg ๐
Voltaire replied to League Champion's topic in The Geek Club
Hegseth split the difference. It's not named after Braxton Bragg but Roland Bragg. -
The law-interpretation-impaired activist judge's injunction at Treasury remains intact. It is not being broken as far as I know. DOGE has legal access and is going through Health and Labor right now. Hopefully the dingdong comes to his/her/zer senses or else SCOTUS weighs in.

Does a constitutional crisis happen when the executive and legislative branch looks for cost savings and staffing reductions or when the lowest rungs of the judicial branch hold nationwide injunctions telling the executive and legislative branches to stop looking for cost savings, demand they pay for everything, and won't let them fire anyone?

I gotta admit, I didn't even think I would enjoy the winning this much.

It's been awesome. We've been talking about draining the swamp for decades and that was always just conjecture, a pie-in-the-sky fantasy we knew the politicians would never deliver. But here we are, it's happening and it's wonderful. -
๐บ๐ธFather Trump Talk-๐จThe Official Thread of the Week Magaverse๐จLady Squissy ๐จ Whole Lotta Rosie Going Bye-Bye ๐
Voltaire replied to HellToupee's topic in The Geek Club
Yes. Th Democrat party that supports packing the courts and eliminating the Electoral College is using activist judges in circuit courts, courts not even mentioned in the Constitution, to overtun the will of the people and tell the elected legislative branch and the executive branch how to do its job. Meanwhile, you have Democratic states trying to nullify federal law on immigration, just like they tried to do during the Civil War. The Democrats defend corruption, censorship, surveillance of citizens, fraud waste and abuse, in adition to their usual fare of carving up kids genitles, racism, and every other degenerate evil thing under the sun. What scum. Hopefully SCOTUS will reign them all in and Trump pounds them to dust. -

Wordle 1,336 4/6 ๐ฉ๐จ ๐จ ๐ฉ ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฉ I'd not realized that I'd missed a day. Had to guess, almost used the z, but figured they wouldn't use that word.

The Dems are filling a flurry of frivolous lawsuits and getting their activist judges to lay down nationwide injunctions to tie everything up in legal purgatory for as long as possible. Iโd be a lot happier if SCOTUS were playing Instantaneous Whack-a-Mole whenever this bullsh1t appears but theyโre sitting on their hands instead.

๐จUSAID & CIA behind 2019 Trump Impeachment๐จ

Dems have to criticize everything Trump does. It's just so compelling. That's why they're all enthusiastically strapping themselves in on the losing side of popular issues like secure borders, fighting wasteful spending, government surveillance and censorship, tranny bullsh*t, DEI, lawfare, and on and on. -

Trump wants the U.S. to take over Gaza and relocate all the Palestinians
Voltaire replied to The Real timschochet's topic in The Geek Club
They have? Which ones? Seems to me that even if they get sent somewhere, they'll p*ss off their host country who will whine like banshees to kick them out and the next Dem that becomes president will send them back into territory we spent a fortune rebuilding (see Panama Canal). After five year of returning and sh*tting everywhere and building tunnels, they'll start another wat and it'll look just like it does now. -
I forgot to add that they now wholly own and support the domestic spying abuses that Eric Snowden revealed. Trump, like other awful fascists in history before him, promotes limiting/reducing the size and reach of his government, deregulation. opening the books on fraud, and abuse, stops spying on citizens, and not putting political opponents in jail. Oh, the horrors. Meanwhile, the Democrats have embraced the Washington Post's position promoting "Democracy Dying in Darkness."
