At no point has Guiliani conceded he'd done anything wrong. We're being told that video of the workers pulling the ballots out of the suitcases under the tablecloth and counting them with nobody around were actually legally cast ballots. Maybe so, the fock do I know. Everybody is claiming they were. I don't know how trustworthy that whole process was and it will always have a stench of illegitimacy to me. Whatever. I do know it looked shady as all hell times a thousand and warranted a full investigation. Guiliani deserves credit for triggering that investigation. I don't rightly know if he stepped over the line to trigger that either and seriously doubt that he did anything wrong. Even if he did, the original fine was insane. At this point he just wanted the matter settled.
