I dunno. To do any construction work in California you need a crew of five guys to do the manual work and 10,356 lawyers over ten years to get all the necessary permits. At least two of the work crew have to be illegal aliens and two others BIPOC and/or LGBTQ.

I already knew that I wasn't going to take any Broncos or Steelers so I was going to have to take a player from both TBB and WAS as that game was a coinflip and somebody from that matchup would get at least a second games under their belt. The prospect that either could make a run seemed very low. Anyway, the best player to pull out that matchup looked like McLaurin. Turned out well as he got a TD.

I ruled Steelers and Broncos out from the get-go. Buffalo and Baltimore looked like buzsaws and these teams were the easiest to identify as one-and-done. I went with teams that looked like they had a chance. for two games: meaning everybody else. I could see other upsets as a better possibility. I took both Lamar and Allen because I didn't know who would win that game, one would only give me two games, but other was likely -IMO - to play all four weeks.

I was being a bit facetious becaues the 2024 team is known for pulling out 3 point wins and not finishing off a team until after the two minute warning.

I drove a wheelchair access van all over the Detroit area in 2023 waiting for my teaching license to come through. Consequently, I got to know dozens of disabled clients/friends and saw first hand how sometimes large men fall on the floor and their small wives/family can't get them back in their bed or chair and need to dial 911. When they do, you need muscle, Period. It's the local fire department that comes out to help.

Only one person, Horseman, is cheering on more fires. Under normal circumstances, many of us, including me, poke jokes at Californians as being woke idiots, but we do have enough class to set the jokes aside in times of emergency.
