Israel-Hamas cease-fire deal proves Trump’s a better prez out of office than Biden was in it

This is like giving Steve Bartman credit for the 2003 Florida Marlins winning the World Series. Thanks for making me try harder; I like this one better. -
Wouldn't for me but who knows? Brady got the #1 High School QB prospect to flip from LSU to Michigan, so there is still magic in his wand.

They'd better back the Brinks truck into his driveway because the dude's turned down similarly awful HC gigs in the past.

This is like giving Jimmy Carter credit for freeing the Iranian hostages. -
Proof that Donald Trump has been colluding with Russians since he was seventeen.

They were heroically salvaging what they could before the fire burned all the houses down.

Defund the police (not just the fire department.)

Biden doesn't believe in any Catholic social teachings and is from the gay pedophile wing of the church.

You have us all convinced that it's just a coincidence. The LA fires though are all Trump's fault. -
And stay out! Fockers. At least we did out part.

I dunno. To do any construction work in California you need a crew of five guys to do the manual work and 10,356 lawyers over ten years to get all the necessary permits. At least two of the work crew have to be illegal aliens and two others BIPOC and/or LGBTQ. -
I already knew that I wasn't going to take any Broncos or Steelers so I was going to have to take a player from both TBB and WAS as that game was a coinflip and somebody from that matchup would get at least a second games under their belt. The prospect that either could make a run seemed very low. Anyway, the best player to pull out that matchup looked like McLaurin. Turned out well as he got a TD.
-
I ruled Steelers and Broncos out from the get-go. Buffalo and Baltimore looked like buzsaws and these teams were the easiest to identify as one-and-done. I went with teams that looked like they had a chance. for two games: meaning everybody else. I could see other upsets as a better possibility. I took both Lamar and Allen because I didn't know who would win that game, one would only give me two games, but other was likely -IMO - to play all four weeks.

Gentlemen, start your engines. -
I was being a bit facetious becaues the 2024 team is known for pulling out 3 point wins and not finishing off a team until after the two minute warning.

I drove a wheelchair access van all over the Detroit area in 2023 waiting for my teaching license to come through. Consequently, I got to know dozens of disabled clients/friends and saw first hand how sometimes large men fall on the floor and their small wives/family can't get them back in their bed or chair and need to dial 911. When they do, you need muscle, Period. It's the local fire department that comes out to help. -
KC - 8? I don't think Houston is very good but have the Chiefs beaten anybody by eight this year?

Congratulations to Jack Smith for figuring out how to fill out his resignation paperwork successfully. -
This game is entertaining in a comedic sort of way.

I'd not realized that you'd been here before.

Glad Philly has to deal with the winner of this while the Lions get the Redskins.

Only one person, Horseman, is cheering on more fires. Under normal circumstances, many of us, including me, poke jokes at Californians as being woke idiots, but we do have enough class to set the jokes aside in times of emergency. I despise their politics but I don't want to see their Sodom and Gomorrah -esque communities burned to the ground. This fire is a good opportunity for Californians to re-evaluate their governing ideals and DEI practices but in the mean time, I wish their gay woman fire chief every success. Also everyone paying attention knows that California has had serious water management issues dating back forever. This is an example of the tenor of the conversation from six months ago ... rinse repeat from the 80s and earlier... https://calmatters.org/environment/water/2024/07/california-water-conservation-rules-adopted/ Fock all do I know about California water policy to advise them on what to do or not, but I do know that when the firefighters attach a hose to a fire hydrant and no water comes out, somebody made a bad call and that somebody is probably Gavin Newsom. -
