Society at large should restrict them to only have access to sex specific areas such as bathrooms, locker rooms, and sports leagues to the gender they were born into. A final decision to mutilate their sex organs and receive cross-gender hormones should only occur in adults who desire it and should be privately financed, explicitly excluding any subsidizing by taxpayer money. If and where do you agree or disagree with that?
