If so, the laundry gets aired if Tulsi gets sworn in.

The most important news story of our lifetimes

You were sweating your little ass off, trying to read, comprehend, and explain complicated physics theories in 6th grade, only to turn around and lose to a kid that got to play with monkeys? That sort of thing will traumatize people for life.

Why did Dems flip so hard on the border and illegals?

Eric Adams has always had a sane position on immigration (if nothing else). Unfortunately, he's been trapped in the open borders camp by a cabal who "president' shares the same (D) after his name.

I agree with the sentiment and excitement over this but sadly the ongoing observation is always that we're 20-30 years away. Fusion is the Winds of Winter of the science world.

    NFL Week 13

Took the wife out for Black Friday shopping and saw on the phone that the Chiefs won. It was only just now learned how. Poor Raiders. They discovered something the Bears hadn't come up with yet. Very Scott Mitchellesque.
  7. I suppose we could go and ask Hezbollah's 22nd supreme leader of 2024 why he wants the war to end now but looking at 19, 20, and 21 dying in the last month, I can probably guess. (numbers are not accurate)

Why did Dems flip so hard on the border and illegals?

They were always for open borders, as can be seen by all of Biden's day one executive orders and by opening all the barriers the Texas National Guard set up. Now, for five minutes there, you are right. During those five minutes, after years of denial about how poorly open boders polled with voters, the Democratic leadership pretended they cared so they could suck Republicans in to sharing the crisis with them the blame open border advocates would shriek when the borders were no longer open. Now that the election has failed, the fascade fell away, and they can go back to stop pretending they have any interest in border security again.

    NFL Week 13

The Bears last four losses to playoff teams were all so close and so painful. The worst two being the Hail Mary against the Redskins or the blocked kick vs the Pack, but the fight back to force overtime vs the Vikings and the clock mismanagement vs the Lions would normally also be top shelf painful if not for the first two. This is like Scott Mitchell era Lions, except they beat all the good teams in the regular season (especially the 90s Cowboys) then blew enough games vs lower tier competition to enter the playoffs on the road and lose in the first round.
  12. Scary like Hezzbollah is already getting their asses kicked and things'll only get worse for them since he's not inclined to force Israel to fight with one hand tied behind their backs anymore.

The Dan Jones era is over

It's really scary how shredded the defense is. Aaron Glenn has needed magic pixiedust and miracles to hold things together. That formula didn't much work against the Bears in the second half. Long term injuries have top four DEs to start the year are all hurt as are our #1, 3, 4, and 5 linebackers. Cornerbacks, while none long term, have been a slew of injuries, guys in and out. Za'Darrius Smith has been a refreshing glass of lemonade. He was our trade deadline DE pickup that discombobulated the Bears' comeback with his sack on the second-to-last play of the game, screwing up their clock management planning. And then opposite him, Allah bless this guy, Al-Quad Muhammid, has come out of nowhere and been a pretty solid at DE for two games now getting meaningful snaps. This dude's spent six years bouncing around the league off-and-on practice squads, fortunately among the stops was New Orleans when Dan Campbell was there. I don't know if Cinderella's slipper is going to remain in place with him. The linebacker room went from our deepest position to shallow now with Rodrigo out. It is now missing our 1,3,4, and 5 linebackers, all hurt long term. These LBs out there besides Jack Campbell, I don't even know. Nowaski's been a special teamer but the others (Long, Nieman, Turner) are all practice squaders. The only consistency we've had is safety and DTs. The O's been healthier and should carry the team. There's a significant dropoff, obviously, from Decker to Skipper whenever he's been out of the lineup. Can't be fumbling at the 3 yard line or taking dumbass Jamo penalties. Special teams has been solid but now we've lost Kalif on returns as well.
  14. Drug running is hugely profitable. I wonder how many of these subs are engaged in the activity.
  15. This KitKat Club sounds remarkably like that scene in Police Academy but in real life. The upside is that umlike most other women cops, this guy can actually prove useful if a situation turns violent, which was likely a big factor in why he won the election. The downside is he's also inclined to drugging and raping your other officers. This is a leftoid urban sh*thole situation requiring a leftoid urban sh*thole solution.

    UFO seen over Capitol Hill

They don't need to fly across the galaxy to extract resources from a backwater civilization when there are plenty of resources to be found on various uninhabited rocks along the way, let alone much closer to themselves. They think we're interesting in the same way we think ant colonies are interesting. We can also provide them entertainment like Beethoven, Shakespeare, and Megan Thee Stallion. Hopefully they either keep George R.R. Martin alive long enough to finish his damn books or else abduct him, extract it from his brain, and share their findings.

    NFL Week 13

It'd be nice if Arizona and/or Baltimore could give Detroit some breathing room this week as this banged up team could defiantly use that first round bye playoffs and we're in the driver's seat to get it but our schedule remains brutal. Especially a Ravens win would be nice as Detroit should have tiebreaker advantages over Minny and Green Bay and it makes the Buffalo game less important to hold off Philly. Next week's Green Bay game is particularly big since that's a common opponent with Philly and losing that would flip the tiebreaker over to them. It also may lead to resting starters vs. Minny in week 17 coupled with a bye week would be huge. Also, Aaron Glenn has been doing a masterful job with this piecemeal defense this year, and I owe him an apology to him since I've given him grief in years past.
