I thought about picking them up. They've been decent the last 2 weeks, but they seem to be TD-dependent. They give up a decent amount of points.

Go Barber! -
The worst luck! Now 1-6-1, scoring crazy points!

That sounds like the way to go. -
My other options are McCoy and Ware. But they're both iffy. I kinda think/hope the Bills bench McCoy until after the bye week. And Ware is on concussion protocol. If one of them starts, I can plug them in at flex. If both start, then it might be a bad decision. That's what I don't like about Thursday night games.

Yeah, I'm a little nervous about that. But hopefully, Barber gets a few goal line carries at the very least.
-
Guess I'm rolling with Barber.
-
Nice! http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2016/11/03/bucs-announce-peyton-barber-as-starting-running-back-vs-falcons/

Not that it has any bearing on his performance, but I'm really rooting for Barber. He left Auburn early to help his mother. But I'm also biased, as an Auburn graduate. Fun fact: he's Marion Barber's cousin.
-
I have Smith and Barber. May start Smith out of necessity, but Barber is tempting, too (just a gut feeling).
-
Aaron Rodgers can suck a fat one. SOB won't get 33 points again this season, just against me. I also faced Luck in week 1 (35 points). Falcons Defense (that enabled Rodgers) can suck a fat one. Sanu can suck a fat one.

I'm probably rolling with Moncrief, mostly out of necessity.

Derrick Henry Peyton Barber
-
Dunno. I'm betting on Barber. He went 12/84 with a 44yd TD last week. We shall see.
-
Hogan this week... he's a former Bill

I dumped him a few days ago. Boom or bust. -
Seriously though, what about Peyton Barber, Albert Morris and Derrick Henry? If Elliott were to get suspended (domestic violence) or hurt, Morris would be good. Also, after what Peyton Barber did last week (12/84 with 44yd TD), he might get increased carries. He's 225 lbs, and people say Rogers (205 lbs) won't be able to carry the load every week. BTW, Marion Barber is Peyton's cousin. And Henry had good stats last night. If Murray goes down, Henry is a stud. Either way, he should get increased carries, IMO.

Check your waiver wire for Rip Van Winkle. He's a very deep sleeper.

Have to drop Cousins or Russell Wilson, thoughts?
StrikeForce replied to Cowboys8822's topic in FFToday Board
Why do you have to get rid of one? There's nobody else on your roster that you can drop? If anything, trade one of them. Wilson should have some decent (good, not great) trade value, based on name alone...unless you're in some really small league. -
Mariota (tonight) vs JAX, or Wilson @ NO?
StrikeForce replied to StrikeForce's topic in A Little Help!
Oh well, 19.90 is pretty good, IMO. I'm not confident that Wilson would do that well. I'm happy with that. 270/2/0. -
I'll pretty sure I'm gonna play Mariota tonight. But NO's defense sux, and supposedly Wilson is a good start. However, Wilson hasn't been very good this entire year. Gotta go with the hot(ter) hand, IMO. Thoughts?

StrikeForce replied to StrikeForce's topic in A Little Help!
Well, I started Mariota. Hopefully, it's the right decision. 10 points so far. Would have been 15 (another TD) if that guy hadn't stepped out of bounds at the 14. Bad thing is that Jax is horrible, so Tennessee might just run the ball the rest of the game. -

Thanks for the reply. Hmmm, now I've got some thinking to do. -
Dunno. But I'm not high on Wentz. Had him for a week or two, but dropped him a week or two ago after that really bad game.
-
Yeah, I'd go Winston vs Oakland. Will probably be a shootout.
-
He's been a real disappointment this year, with the exception of one week. Think he turns it around? Or will his injuries linger? I figure he'd probably have decent value in a trade, especially if I wait until he goes off some week (if it happens). But, I just looked back at what he did at the end of last year, and I'd hate to miss out on those kinds of numbers. For reference, his TD counts from week 11-17 were 3, 5, 3, 5, 3, 2, 3. Thoughts? BTW, my backup (whom I'm starting this week) is Mariota.
