    And what makes zero sense?

    The whole thing.

I want to inflict Trump on you and you don't want that.

No problem, he lost, he's out.

You want to teach my kids to tear down George Washington statues, that the country sucks, that the first amendment doesn't matter, that cops are evil

    Wrong on all counts.

Well, ideally it'd be done county to county as what we're dealing with is mostly an urban/rural divide with suburbs varying one way or the other. But state by state would suffice. Obviously the nation and states and communities are intertwined very closely, a yin/yang arrangement with blue counties in red states and red counties in blue states. Open borders for citizens and legal immigrants and free trade and local cooperation, much of this would be as the EU does it. But different laws decided by different elected officials and judged in different courts all the way up through different foreign policies and different presidents.

So the west coast, the northeast, the Great Lakes, and Georgia are one country, and everything in between all of those regions is another? That makes zero sense.

So, no. It isn't liberals. ...

    It's the left that I can't stand. ...

... You talk of geographical security and militarty superiority, I'm telling you the enemy inside is worse than any enemy outside. If everybody hates their country and the beliefs and traditions that use to bind us, what are we defending against?

That's my mistake for mixing up left and liberal. Mostly because you were speaking in terms of halves---i.e. you also said "Just go. Leave. We have two different realities and irreconcilable differences." and "Split the country in two peacefully without violence."--but most people are not left or right.

What your post doesn't clarify clarify is the part I was actually interested in, which is what "Maybe the left and right would agree to a divorce" might look like.

Maybe the left and right would agree to a divorce. I know if California and/or New York had wanted to secede during the Trump administration, I'd have been  with no hard feelings whatsoever. Perhaps the left would feel the same way were red states to want to secede. It'd take a constitutional amendment and a great deal of negotiation. If they don't, if they keep us around, we're liable to re-install President Trump or somebody like him on their asses and I know that they don't want that.

Just go. Leave. We have two different realities and irreconcilable differences. I look at these next four years with nausea which is how they felt these past four years. Neither needs that. Split the country in two peacefully without violence. I know that I have my shoes on.

I know you really hate liberals, but that makes zero geographical and practical sense. It's not just that, like I said before, the division is less at a state level than a city vs urban level (and even within those it's not a clean divide). And even if it were, you're taking about blue states separated over vast distances by red states.

But more than that, now that we've begun to deplete our natural resources, made enemies of much of the world and said fock you to our allies, racked up debt, and rapidly increased our population, the best things the United States really has going for it are geographical security and military superiority. You divide up the country and you lose both of those.

    Dumb

This. Where the fock do people think the power from their socket comes from? In most cases (unless you live near a nuclear plant or a hydro dam) it comes from burning fossil fuel.

Congratulations on your expensive ass tesla. All you've accomplished is moving the site of fossil fuel burning somewhere else, which I would have to think is less efficient.

I guess you didn't read the other posts on this page? Only 23% of U.S. electricity is produced by coal now, down from 50% 12 years ago.

Shops are being burned down and vandalized. Cops are being accused falsely of brutality. The US corporations export jobs overseas or offshores them. Pronouns are changing everywhere and transgenderism is up 7000%. Trannies are competing in women’s sports. ‘Diversity and Inclusion’ training is in every workplace replacing merit. Women who can’t kick a football are celebrated as heroines for taking some man’s spot on a team and failing miserably. The 1619 project is replacing real history in schools. Election ballots are being counted under suspicious circumstances without observers and without ever being independently audited.  The pedophile movie ‘Cuties’ comes out to widespread critical reviews. The Emmys new policies require racism in the film industry. George Washington statues are being torn down.  People who complain about these things are kicked off of social media.

Meanwhile, you sit on your fat, worthless ass and do nothing but issue personal insults at people who are fed up with the situation and who had never previously insulted you.

So instead, why don’t you go gather kindling and help destroy your country you useless vermin scum.

Don't you think you are overreacting just a teensy bit?

P.S. Your first two statements are much more inaccurate than accurate.

Feel free to share if you know otherwise. I certainly don't know all of the details.

What I heard was that 3 of them were medical emergencies, the only 1 of which I'd heard specifics about was a heart attack outside the building. The trampled one is news to me, I don't know the circumstance, was that a result of being "dealt with more harshly" as nobody claimed?

Joe Flacco calls BS.  Joe Flacco was with the Ravens 11 years, he made the playoffs 7 times and has 1 SB.  Aaron Rodgers has been with the Packers for 13 years (as the starter), made the playoffs 10 times and has 1 SB.  Pretty similar no?  The reason Flacco and the Ravens didn't win more often, is because they overpaid Flacco.

Hello? The Ravens feel apart immediately after they won that Super Bowl. They overpaid him because they won that Super Bowl. If winning a Super Bowl didn't cause players to command higher salaries then it wouldn't be an issue, but it does. Read what you quoted me as saying again: "teams that win a Super Bowl with an average QB can't sustain it." Three Ravens show us that they were able to be a sustain a competitive team with an average QB... until they won the Super Bowl, then they weren't able to sustain success. Much like your Brad Johnson Bucs.

Three Packers meanwhile still have Rodgers and still are a consistent Super Bowl contender with him.
