I'm not sure you understand the requirements for being a centrist on this board. I can help you. 1) You must strongly dislike Trump. 2) Don't argue with or call out other centrists or liberals. Remember, your focus needs to be on your dislike for Trump and the people you suspect will vote for him. 3) Throw out the occasional CYA of "both sides do it." It's pretty easy.

Ok, so not everyone. I was curious who was saying it because I haven't heard it. I don't understand why it seems to trigger you that people may refer to him as a hero. Perhaps it's your hatred for him. Hero means different things to different people.
