For some reason he thinks Christians don't turn out in elections and he's saying that if they vote this one time(for him presumably) he will fix everything they worry about and won't have to vote ever again. That was the entire context of it. What I find more crazy is how fake he is and they don't care. 'I love my beautiful Christians, I'm a Christian, I love you.' It's skeevy hearing him say it.
