I watched the entirety of the hearing and the bullets were first presented to Hannah's lawyer. It's pretty complicated, but he supposedly first told witness who had them to bring them to the trial, saw them and then told him to take them away, he didn't want them as they were not exculpatory for Hannah. This was during Hannah's trial, they had been sitting at this third parties house for 2 years. After Hannah's trial he took them to the police and it was then that they were filed under a different case number(early March). This all came out during the hearing. That part is very strange, sketchy and I think the CST will have some explaining to do about that. The lead detective on the case had never saw these bullets but did know about them. It doesn't seem either special prosecutor knew about the separate case number(I think that's why the one resigned at lunch---this was too focked up for her, not that BS excuse they gave). The question is how and when did Baldwin's lawyers find out about these bullets. My instinct's tell me that they spoke with Hannah's lawyers, he tells them the story of the bullets. They get discovery and find out those bullets have not been listed(separate case #) and then they sat on it. On day 2, the asked the CST about it, day 3 they introduce the motion to have the case dismissed. Cued up to the beginning of the hearing, it's pretty long. First is the CST - who accepted the bullets and a cop who had body camera on when they arrived. Then Kenny, gives a history of the live ammunition used to train actors on another Yellowstone. The theory being that the live ammunition that killed Halyna Hutchins and the Yellowstone rounds all originally came from a the same batch. Then the lead detective, testified-she's was pretty clueless and confused about all of this. Finally, and the craziest thing I've ever seen, the Special Attorney took the stand too and testified about this too and how she didn't know...yada yada yada. Anyway, long story, but I'd don't think this helps Reed, if it's proven her lawyer knew about and had access to the bullets.

They can appeal, but at first glance, I don't know how much it's going to help. Her lawyer did know of this evidence and didn't want it coming into trial because it wouldn't have been favorable to her.

When that happens we can revisit the "no one is going to be held responsible." IMO, the two people responsible have been held accountable, as I have explained many times in this thread. But I agree 100% the prosecution fubared this six ways to Sunday when they charged Baldwin with this crime.

I were person plead guilty for a reduced sentence and one person is in jail.
-
Bummer, I was expecting he prosecution to present this "case" and then a directed verdict of "Not Guilty" for failing to prove their case.

On my block I'm pretty sure I still hold the record by jumping 4 garbage cans.

His lackeys on the SC have been doing a pretty good job of that already.

The New York Times editorial board says Donald Trump is unfit to lead.

Yes, that person did not vote to give the President near immunity from prosecution for committing criminal acts while acting as President. So eminently more qualified that any of Trump's nominees. -

Wrong. The people Trump surrounds himself, the direction he points the govt, the Justices he nominates makes it completely relevant who is the President. -

Headline and article are correct. Future generations will compare this court and Chief Justice Roberts with the one that oversaw the Dred Scott case. I blame all of this on those consciousness voters who just couldn't bring themselves to vote for Hilary and cast that all-important 3rd party protest vote. Congrats. -

Sad that only side is interested in why a SCOTUS Justice is getting 5 million in gifts...unless maybe that side already knows why. -

Are these confirmed deaths, cause I think the Russian is still running around the New Jersey woods. -
