That happened to me once a few years ago. I was very lax with my passwords(variations of the same PW everywhere). Since then I've gotten LastPass(free), updated all my PW's at every site, and for all my financial PW I now change them yearly. Sorry about the frozen account, can be a pain in the ass.

We had a crew get stuck in Atlanta. They were able to rent a box van and are driving back now.
