I know that, but until I see actual GOP leaders( governors, congressmen and candidates) actually proposing laws and speaking to that, I will not believe that this is only a political issue with them and not one they are serious about addressing. Stop the flow of money to illegals and you would stop the biggest incentive they have to come to this country illegally. It's my opinion, they will never do that though, because those same people donate a lot of money to their campaigns.

How about we pay for new/improvements to the wall from fines we assess to people who illegally hire immigrants. Let me know how many on the right get behind that idea.

The Athletic had a long article about this last year. Basically that Bears GM/coaching and QB are never on the same cycle. That between new GM hiring a new coach who wants a certain QB---then coach gets fired, new coach doesn't want that QB, then they get new QB, then that GM gets fired, it's a never ending cycle of suck. As a Packer fan, I approve of this method and hope you never change
