My post says pretty much what you said...he jumped to conclusions before the evidence was in. If you have information that it wasn't a noose, stronger than the DOJ who investigated it saying it was a noose, I look forward to review it.

Let's be a little more fair here. And I want to stress this, that it was pure chance---but at a previous race, someone tied a rope into a noose(pretty sure it was a noose knot) to a garage door to use to open and close it. The next time NASCAR raced there, Bubba's team was randomly assigned to that garage. I'm not sure if he saw the knot/noose or not, but someone did, it got reported-the FBI investigated. Bubba loses points because before the investigation finished he started playing the black card, it was directed at him...made him look like stupid. His stupid overreaction aside, he didn't make up the noose(IIRC).
