No it doesn't. It's a civil trial, if the defendant doesn't testify or pleads the fifth, the court is allowed to draw a negative inference from it. If Trump isn't answer the questions it's fair for the judge(who is deciding the case) that he will be dismissed and he will draw every negative inference for not answering the questions. Which according to the testimony I've read today, probably is going to be what he does, since DT is being very evasive in his answers or going off on diatribes that have nothing to do with th questions.

The path at one point was probably 15 feet wide, one side a think grove of trees and the other side a pond. Right up against the pond, sunning himself was a 10 footer. We chose to skirt past it, rather than turn around and walk back 2 miles, since going forward was only another half mile to the end of the path. I took a selfie with the gator over my shoulder as I went by...more evidence I might not be the sharpest crayon in the pack.
