Wouldn't Trump be the goose and she would be a gander? -
Agreed. I only have one place that I go to regularly where that's a problem, a seasonal place that's like Dairy Queen, ice cream, burgers etc. They always do a good job, so I give them 20%. I actually preferred it when they had a tip jar, then I knew that the kids working there were getting the money and not wondering is the owner of this place giving this back to them? Also, now I'm wondering if they are open yet?

"Stolen", give me a break. They are paying more in taxes because they have benefited more from the infrastructure that this country provides.

I'm not talking about the that those two didn't get credits in the original song, they were always in the opening credits. I'm talking about that at 16 - 19 seconds, there are 8 people on the boat. It looks like the actors and one more person. Look directly below the Skipper and Gilligan, there is another person. Either he went overboard during the storm, or they ate him!
-
Strangely, nobody notices there is an extra person on the boat when they leave the harbor---I assume he was lost during the storm and they all decided to keep quiet about it.

Since he's from Chicago he should be introduced as "Daaaaaaaaa Pope".

Probably next on his renaming list - "The Black Sea". Really seems like a DEI decision. -

But not as dumb as suing the NFL for "Punitive damages in the amount of $100,000, 000.00 for the harm caused to the Plaintiff and the impact of the NFL's actions on his emotional well-being."

Well, he could ask Deion how to be a professional DB and avoid all physical contact. Deion could teach a master class in that.

Ross Chastain interview on The Athletic. And then... I think he's burned up all the goodwill he gained from doing interviews, meeting fans and promoting races by admitting he's a bad tipper.

Fan Just Fell From The 21 Foot Fence Onto The Field at PNC Park
Mike Honcho replied to jbycho's topic in The Geek Club
from The Athletic: Kavan Markwood, the fan who fell over the Clemente Wall at a Pittsburgh Pirates-Chicago Cubs game last week, remains hospitalized and has started physical therapy. “I’m all right,” Markwood told TribLive on Wednesday in his first interview since the incident. “I can’t really sleep. I have a lot of back pain.” He spoke to Trib Live before a physical therapy appointment and said he has not watched any videos of his 21-foot fall from the right-field stands at PNC Park on April 30. Markwood hit a wall on the way down and landed on the warning track, where medical staff took him off the field on a stretcher. The 20-year-old arrived at Allegheny General Hospital in critical condition. Dr. Al Philp, Allegheny General’s chief medical officer, confirmed to WTAE that Markwood suffered injuries to his skull, spine, ribs and lungs. “I’m happy to say that he’s progressed well,” Philp told WTAE on Wednesday. “He’s at a point now where he’s off the breathing machine, he’s out of the intensive care unit, and is preparing to move on to the next step, which will be physical therapy, rehab.” As of Thursday afternoon, a GoFundMe account raising money for Markwood’s medical bills had received over $58,000 in donations, nearly matching its $60,000 goal. Jennifer Phillips, who described herself as the mother of Markwood’s girlfriend, started the GoFundMe. Phillips has provided updates on Markwood’s health on the GoFundMe page and shared Monday that he took his first steps in the hospital. Phillips wrote Saturday that Markwood was “awake, alert, and able to speak.” Markwood graduated from South Allegheny High School near Pittsburgh in 2022. He played football at South Allegheny and later at Walsh University and Wheeling University. -

Not including alternator or starter, you are at $1,861. And the car is leaking oil. If you park in the same place and didn't notice it, it might be leaking only when pressurized. Perhaps, they have identified where the oil is leaking and can fix it, but I have never had any luck with a car once it starts leaking oil. Also, it seems you have other some other issues on the horizon. I'm more like you when it comes to cars, don't know a lot about them and just do my best to maintain based on service schedules and such, and relying on the advice of people here. The more technically proficient like @SUXBNMEand @Strike might have different advice, but if it were me, I might save the 2K that's going to repairs and use it for a down payment on something that is more reliable - if you can swing it. -

She says she keep pouring money into it though. I agree though, if you can get a good car and take care of it though, you can make em last forever. I had a '95 Jeep until 2017. Everything was great, just didn't make sense for me since the equipment in my business is so much smaller now there wasn't much point in putting up with the horrible gas mileage. You need to let us know how much money you are pouring into the car, what's been going wrong and over what time period to really determine if it's better to keep it vs looking at upgrading. -
You don't think he was the best WR in the class? Most of the scouts I read would disagree with that. Regardless, I'm the coach, I'm using him both ways, and base where he spends plays the most based on the weekly matchup. Going against a top-flight WR, he's playing more DB---against a weak secondary, more snaps at WR.

What happened, Dalem left and the place has never been the same.

I would have thought by now that you would have gotten one just based on the worldwide saturation, but nope---it's actually amazing at this point.

Well, now that you're here.
