I love: The Biden/Garland DOJ spent years reviewing allegations that I committed various crimes. I was charged with nothing: FULLY EXONERATED. Not even a campaign finance violation. People get fired/resign all the time for making big mistakes or lies, so I'm not sure where you are getting that. Let's say he was warned (I see the NY POST and the Daily Mirror are reporting it), that might point to actual malice, but that's only one of the three legs of defamation. It still doesn't prove that he knowingly lied, all he George would have to do is say the judge said it, or that it led to financial injury to Trump---IMO, it's about as cut and dry and beef jerky.
